BOQ (REPAIR TO ROOF TREATMENT, FLOORING AND ROOFING WORKS IN CERTAIN OTM ACCN IN TECH AREA OF ZONE 'A' AT AF STATION SURATGARH)

Dismantling brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layer on roof, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of mud, in roof, any thickness including plastering and leeping (whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof), complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Rendering 15mm thick on concrete surfaces over roof with WPC @ 3% of cement weight in cement mortar 1:3 including finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note :- supply only water proffing compound shall be measured separetely.

Supply only, integral water compound ISI marked, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Water proofing treatment consisting evenly applied bituminous primer coat @ 0.30 litre/ Square metre on surfaces, overlaps, joints etc and a layer of APP polymer 3mm thick even membrane weight not less than 3.60 Kg/Square metre duly sealed at over laps joints with flame (complete by torch application) all as per manufacturer's instructions, over and including 10 mm thick screed bed of cement mortar (1:3) mixed with and including liquid water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Contractor will be permitted to use materials procured from any one of the manufacturer mentioned as specified in PS clause. However the materials for the entire work shall be of from one manufacturer only.

40 mm thick brick tiles laid onmud mortar and jointed and grouted flush in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement on mud phuska , complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

All as per serial item No 6.00 here-in-before but except brick tiles, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge. Note: Servicable Tiles retrived from serial item No 1.00 above shall be used after proper cleaning and washing of old tiles.

Demolition of brick work or stone boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc & removing debries out of MoD land, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Brick work with sub class 'B', straight or curved on plan not exc 6m mean raidus built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Brickwork with sub class 'B' bricks , straight or curved on plan not exc 6m mean raidus (except brick) built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Servicable bricks retrived from serial item No 8.00 above shall be used after proper cleaning and washing of old bricks.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls & concrete surfaces & the like including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., any description, including removal of rubbish outside MoD land, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Rough cast plaster over and including base coat of rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and fair on external surfaces of brick work, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Rendering 10 mm thick on RCC ceiling surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of new / old plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion paint wheather proof (shade as approved) in camoflage pattern (using number of colours) over a coat of primer (antifungal), complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Pattern of camouflage shall be approved by GE. Make: APCOTRAC OF ASIAN PAINTS / BERGER PAINTS / NEROLAC PAINTS

Preparation of new plastered or un plastered wall surfaces of any description and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of chalk whitening, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceiling surfaces of any descriptions and applying three coats of white wash, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of pavers blocks/tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid dry or laid dry or pointed, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Factory made machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape or size conforming to IS 15658 of 80 mm thickness M-40 grade with grey cement and no pigment laid over and including 25mm thick sand cushioning and filling the joints upto full depth with fine tibba sand, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Fixing only retrieved Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking tiles/paver block any shape and size with grey cement and no pigment laid over and including 25mm thick sand cushioning and filling the joints upto full depth with fine tibba sand, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge. Note: Servicable paver block / tiles retrived from serial item No 19.00 above shall be used after proper cleaning and washing of old tiles.

Plain cement concrete (1:4:8), type D-2, using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates as in sub base flooring, mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling asbestos cement (corrugated or semi corrugated, etc.) sheets as in roof covering ,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Pre painted galvatume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes:- (i) Colour of sheets shall be approved by GE.

Asbestos cement corrugated or semi-corrugated sheets, 6 mm thick fixed with ‘L’ type or ‘J’ type or cranked hook bolts and washers as in roof covering, walls etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of timber scantling 40 Sqcm and over in section, in any position as in Framed work, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Steel work in tubular trusses including special shape washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 grade St.240 ,with one shop coat of zink chromote primer paint, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of new or previously untreated surface of steel of any description, over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc. 0.5 Cum and getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exc. 25 cm, watering and removing surplus spoil to a distance not exc. 50 m and making good surface in soft / loose soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Plain cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-1, using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates as in foundation filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving not exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level), including removal of rubbish in low lying area, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Factory made precast cement 1:2:4 type B-1, using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in kerb stone set in cement mortar (1:4) as per site requirment including necessary excavation in soft/loose soil and removing the surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 100 metre , complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Preparation of old decorated surface on walls (plastered or unplastered) including brooming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc. and applying two coats of exterior emulsion weather proof paint (antifungal) (shade as approved) in camoflage pattern, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tilling including cement morter bedding (but not backing) and removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Vitrified ceramic tiles of premium quality, light shade, 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 Sq.m, as in skirting over and including 15 mm thick rendering of cement mortar (1:6) set and jointed in neat cement paste of honey like consistancy including pointing in white cement with pigment to match the shade of tiles,complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

First quality glazed ceramic coloured tiles of (300x200mm) x 7 mm thick, laid on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and risers to steps etc laid over and including 10mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) set and jointed in neat cement paste of honey like consistancy and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles ,complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Demolition of stone slab & tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar ,complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Machine cut Kota stone slab 18 -20 mm thick (of size not less than 55 cm x 55 cm) as in flooring with neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/Square Metre over and including 20 mm thick (average thickness) cement screed (1:6) base, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match shade of the slab including cutting, waste, rubbing and polishing (Granite finish), ,complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Granite (any type) 14-16 mm thick, work (table rubbed and polished) as in skirting/dado including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including screed bed of 15 mm thick in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

0.71mm thick plain aluminium sheeting Alloy 31000 H4 in drip, expansion joint, crumple joint and stepp flushing on door with screws, fixed in repair complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

PVC (SWR) pipes 110mm bore single socketed in any length with ruber rings joints fixed to walls with necessary brackets, fixed in repair complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

PVC (SWR) bends any radius 110mm bore, fixed in repair complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Contract Amount shall be derived after affecting the amount of Schedule of Credit in General Summary on serial page No15 of tender documents.
