Painting two coats ready mixed Approved Exteriar Emulsion of first quality and of approved colour over a primingcoat including through scarbing clan removel ofone coat of priming with best Cement paint as directed by the department officers etc complete and including necessary plaster of paris whever regd.(S.l.No.358) -10sqm

Providing two legged scaffolding using 15cm dia- meter blue-gum posts or casurina posts or best quality bamboo posts of 4m overall length (3m height + 0.5m. in to the ground +0.5m projection) the distance between the two rows being 1.25m, and the spacing of posts being 2m, in both the rows with two horizantal posts with 0.5m overlap on either side and braces at 2m, c/c including longitudinal and transverse middle braces to step up and providing a platform with country wood planks of 40mm, thick and 1m width, etc., in a complete form using coir and nails - 1m. Run.

Earth Work Excavation and depositing on bank with initial lead and lift as per SS 20 B etc. complete as per standard specification.

Collection and Supply of Stone dust, including cost and conveyance of materials and labour charges for Stone dust filling etc., complete as per standard specification.

Plain Cement Concerete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm ISS HBG Metal including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification.

Providing and laying in position, Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS:456-2000, using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 325 kg/mᶾ and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55, including admixture (plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5 cu.m.) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m.) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m.) 7670 kg. of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/ roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS Standards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials).

Brick Work in Cement Mortor 1:5 Mix (one cement, five M Sand ) using new best country Bricks of size 8 ¾” x 4 ¼” x 2 ¾” from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site. loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc. complete. complying with std. specifications.

Plastering with cement mortor 1:5 to 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials and all other labour charges etc., complete as per standard specifications.

Supply and fixing of grill gate including all material with labour charges and completed as per standard specification etc.,.

Painting the new iron work two coats over one coat of priming with best Cement paint of approved colour and quality including preparation of surface and finishing neatly etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the department officers (S.l.No.359-A)

Special Plastering in Cement Mortor 1:3 Mix (one Cement,, Three sand)10mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc. complete. Complying with std.
