Supplying & Laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required. (Make :-As per AAI preferred make list)

Supply of following sizes Aluminium Armoured conductor XLPE insulated, PVC tape inner sheathed Cable for working voltage 1.1 KV grade & as per IS: 7098 (Part- I ) 1988 with up to date ammendments, complete etc as required.(Make :-As per AAI preferred make list)

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ DWC HDPE/METAL pipe as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing masonry open duct as required.

Excavation of the cable trenches in hard rock not exceeding 1.5 metres in width, and lift upto 1.5 metres, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 metres.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of IP65 Mi combinable type Bus BarsJB with 250 amps Allu. bus bars, should be made of high quality Polycarbonate PC-GFS (totally insulated class II ) (shock proof, rust free, corrosion free, acid and chemical resistant, fire retardant, having high impact, made of halogen and silica free recyclable material),UV resistant, having high grade gasket made of Polyurethane, should withstand glow wire test at 960˚C, should be flame retardant,materials suitable for outdoor application and the enclosure should have pre-moulded knock out for cable entry on side walls and enclosure should have PC hinged option. For cable entry from bottom part a de-touchable type PC flange should be fitted with plain wall. The plain wall of flange can be drilled as per cable size. Lid screws should be made of polyamide spring loaded half turn type and to open a triangular key or tool will be required. Inside enclosure should have lot of self-threaded holes so that mounting plate/bus bars can be mounted easily.
