Dismantling of unserviceable bottom legs. Supply & Fixing of new bottom legs duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of existing color over a coat of red oxide primer be of 1 mm thick MS sheet by welding as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing of MS cleats shall be made of 2 mm thick made shape to support the shelves as directed by the Engr-in-Charge

Dismantling of unserviceable butt hinges. Supply and fixing of new Hinges 75mm medium grade as required/existing and as directed by Engr-in–Charge.

Dismantling of unserviceable locking assembly with complete mechanism. Supply & Fixing new MS locking assembly with base plate (Complete mechanism) with upper and lower bars with lock as shown in drg or as directed by Engr-in Charge.

Dismantling of unserviceable Front shutter/Door (Left or Right) without damaging other parts. Supply and fixing of front shutter complete in all respects made of 1mm thick MS steel made to shape existing rest all as per drawing as directed by Engr-in–Charge.

Dismantling of unserviceable locking assembly cover. Supply and fixing of Cover for locking device made of 1mm thick MS sheet duly painted as existing/directed by Engr-in–Charge.

Denting/bending/welding/repairs/damaged of whole parts, fixing loose shelves, scraping and complete removal of existing coat of paints filling, finishing and painting of Almirah Large steel with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour shade (Make: Berger/ Asian Paint) with spray after applying a coat of red oxide primer and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

REPAIR TO BED HARD PLY TOP STEEL (FD/E6/MAP/08(R) : Supply & Fixing in replacement of unserviceable ply top of bed hard steel to be made of 12 mm thick (7Ply) commercial plywood BWR grade, confirming to IS 303-1989 and ISI marked and to be fixed with appropriate sizes of SS nuts & bolts with washers without having any joints after tightening of frame by welding shape and size as per drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

REPAIR TO HEAD BOARD : Removing of unserviceable board of head rest. Supply & Fixing new board of Head rest to be made of 18 mm thick Ext grade MDF board both sides laminated of approved shade duly covered with beading all around of size with suitable Screws with the cleats as specified on drg and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

REPAIR TO FOOT BOARD : All as per item Srl No. 3.01 but for foot board as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of unservicable long rail. Supply and fixing of New Long rail of 25x65 mm CR rectangular pipe (18 gauge) medium grade in place of unservicable long rail all as specified duly arc welded as directed by Engr-in–Charge.

Dismantling of unservicable short rail. Supply and fixing of New short rail of 25x65 mm MS rectangular pipe (18 gauge) medium grade in place of unservicable short rail all as specified duly arc welded as directed by Engr-in–Charge.

Dismantling of unservicable stiffner. Supply and fixing of New stiffners 25x25 mm MS rectangular square pipe (18 gauge) medium grade in place of unservicable stiffners all as specified duly arc welded as directed by Engr-in–Charge.

Supply & Fixing new PVC hard Rubber Shoes as per drg or as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour/Welding/Re-alignment/ loose components of whole parts , scraping of existing coat of paints complete filling, finishing and painting of Bed Hard steel with two coats of synthetic enamel paint with spray after applying a coat of red oxide primer and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

REPAIR TO CHAIR VERANDAH (FD-256) : Removing of existing unserviceable old cane and recaning of chair Verandah with new plastic white cane of 4.00 mm wide half round cane as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out unserviceable 10 mm dia round bar. Supply & Fixing in repairs 10mm dia round bars 450mm long welded 75mm below the bottom of seat to the front legs in Chair varandah all as directed by Engr-in–Charge.

Material & Labour of welding to broken whole components and alignment of chair varandah so as to bring the whole item in serviceable condition, welding portion should be smoothed by mild grinder as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour painting of chair steel frame with two coat of synthethic enamel paint of white shade after removing the rubber shoes and complete removal of existing coat of paint, including preparation of old surface by mild grinding, applying a primer coat of red oxide all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing new PVC hard Rubber Shoes as per drg or as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

REPAIR TO CHAIR CB STEEL WITH ARMS (FD-75(M) : Labour for removing the existing worn out/ unserviceable seat of chair CBA steel. Supply & Fixing new seat frame of size 460 x 420 mm made from the commercial plywood 12 mm thick and 50 mm thick 32 D foam cushion, duly covered with tapestery cloth /rexine with Malmal cloth on the back of seat of approved quality and shade, duly stitched all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Srl. No. 5.00 but for Back of Chair padded Steel of size 460x380mm as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for welding/nuts with 25 x 3.0 mm MS flat iron 510 mm long with holes/welding to fix Nuts and bolts to seat/back frame for fixing seat/back frame including nuts complete all as specified and as directed for Chair CBA Steel .

REPAIR TO CHARPOY GI PIPE WITH PLY TOP ( FD-220) : Removing of old unserviceable ply top from existing charpoy GI pipe ply top and Supply & Fixing the new 12mm thick BWR phenol bonded commercial plywood with unpolished edging(ISI marked) suitable for charpoy GI pipe having approximante size 1980mm x 900mmx12mm with mild steel galvanised MS nuts and bolts of size 70mm x 06mm with GI washer (Heavy Weight) & re-alignment of charpoy complete all as directed.by Engr-in-charge.

Material & Labour Dismantling of existing unserviceable/broken long rail and Supply & Fixing new long rail of GI pipe medium grade 32 mm size bore duly ISI marked including threading at both ends complete all as specified and as directed by Engr -in-Charge.

Material & Labour Dismantling of existing unserviceable/broken short rail and cutting of old long rail obtained from Srl No 7.01 to the required size for short rail including threading at both ends complete all as specified and as directed by Engr -in-Charge.

Dismantling of UNSV jali of shoes rack Supply & Fixing new jali of shelves of existing size of black powder coated as per drg and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling of unserviceable 19mm dia MS Pipe 18 guage. Supply & fixing 19mm dia MS Pipe 18 guage of suitable size made to shape as existing by way of gass welding to 25mm dia MS Pipe of 18 guage of legs. Rest all as per drawing as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour with gas welding whole parts of shoe rack steel to broken components of steel frame so as to bring the whole item in serviceable condition, welding portion should be smoothed by grinder and touched with enamel synthetic paint as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing PVC Shoe of suitable size and 3 mm thickness to 25mm dia MS Pipe of 18 guage of legs. Rest all as per drawing as directed by Engr -in-Charge.

Material & Labour painting of shoes rack steel frame with two coat of synthethic enamel paint of black after removing the rubber shoes and complete removal of existing coat of paint, including preparation of old surface by applying a primer coat of red oxide all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

TABLE OFFICE CLERK STEEL (FD-84M/FD-1004) :- Removing of unserviceable top of table in any positon, Supply & Fixing new top made out of 18/19 mm thick Ext grade MDF prelaminated board of approved shade including welding of loose joints of existing frame before fixing the top 4mm teak wood/PVC beading all around the top to be fixed with fevicol and nails of suitable size & well polished to match the shade of the top. Shape and size all as specified on drg and as directed by Engr -in-Charge.

TEAPOY VERANDAH (FD-255, FD-383) :- Removing of unserviceable top. Supply & Fixing new top made out of 18/19 mm thick Ext grade prelaminted both sides MDF board of approved shade (ISI Marked) of existing frame before fixing the top 4mm teak wood/PVC beading all around the top to be fixed with fevicol and nails of suitable size & well polished to match the shade of the top . shape and size all as specified on drg and as directed by Engr -in-Charge.

Material & Labour with gas welding to broken whole components of steel frame so as to bring the whole unit in serviceable condition, welding portion should be smoothed by grinder as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour painting of Teapoy Verandah steel frame with two coat of synthethic enamel paint of white shade of after removing the rubber shoes including preparation of old surface by mild grinding, applying a primer coat of red oxide all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing new PVC hard Rubber Shoes as per drg or as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.
