Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

Registration Certificate from KPWD/CPWD/PRE.

The bidder should have submit the Scheduled Castes Certificate issued by Competent Authority.

The contractor belonging to the Schedule Castes or Schedule Tribes shall be domicile of the State of Karnataka for more than 10 Years. Domicile Certificate issued by Competent Authority.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

The bidder is required to ensure browser compatibility of the computer well in advance to the last date and time for receipt of tenders. The departments shall not be responsible for non accessibility of Karnataka Public Procurement portal due to internet connectivity issues and technical glitches at bidders end.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection. It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

Bidder shall pay Contract Management Module processing fees of 0.025% of the contact value (Min Rs.500/- & Max Rs.7500/-) soon after contract has been issued to bidder.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by any State Government / Government of India /Union Territory.

Conditional tenders will not be accepted.

Financial turnover of previous years shall be given a weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of the 2023-24

The Employer reserves the right to reject any or all Tenders without assigning any reason or what so ever.

GST shall be paid to the BOQ amount separately.

Bidders should abide to all the Terms and Conditions mentioned in the Bid Document attached
