Supplying and Fixing of Molded Shank Raised Pavement Markers / Cat's Eye made of polycarbonate and Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene moulded body and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face and shall support a load of 16000 Kilogram tested in a Cement Concreteordance to American Society of Testing and Materials D 4280 Type H and complying to Specifications of Category A of Ministry of Road Transport & Highway Circular Number RW/National Highway/33023/10-97 DO III Date 11.06. 1997. The height, width and length shall not exceed 50 milimeter, 100 milimeter and 102 +/- 2 milimeter and with minimum reflective area of 13 Squarecentimeter on each side and the slope to the base shall be 35 +/- 5 degree. The strength of detachment of the integrated cylindrical shanks, (of diameter not less than 19 +/- 2 milimeter and height not less than 30+/- 2 milimeter) from the body is to be a minimum value of 500 Kilogram. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturer's recommendation and complete as directed by the engineer.The contractor shall submit a two year warranty for satisfactory field performance including stipulated retro-reflectance of the reflecting panel, to the Engineer.

Providing and Laying hot applied thermoplastic road marking strip on Bituminous Surface of specified shade/ colour of 2.5 millimetre thick including 1.5 Refractive index reflectorizing glass beads @ 250 gram per square metre .Thickness of 2.5 millimetre is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per Indian Road Congress 35:2015. Initial Dry reflectivity RL shall be > 250 mcd/square metre/lux measured in the initial 7 days and sustained reflectivity RL of 100 mcd/square metre/ lux and Qd of 100 mcd/square metre/ lux measured at the end of 2 years by means of a Standard Reflectometer of Zehntner, Easylux, Delta make capable of measuring RL & QD both according to Indian Road Congress 35:2015 clause 15.5. The finished surface to be level, uniform, and free from streaks and holes complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and in accordance with applicable specifications.(Refer MORTH Clause 803 for technical Specification and Performance for Indian Road Congress 35:2015).

Watering and compacting of embankment formed of materials obtained from the road cutting within a lead of 50 meter, not less than 97 % of standard Proctor density after laying them in layers of 20 centimeter to 30 centimeter with vibratory roller.

Wet Mix Macadam -- Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at Optimum moisture Content in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. DENSE BITUMINOUS MACADAM: Proving and laying dense bituminous macadam using crushed aggregates of Grading 1, premixed with bituminous binder of specified grade of Bitumen @ 4.50 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transported to site with Vehicle Traffic System , laid over a previously prepared surface, finished to the required grade, level, alignment, and rolling to achieve the desired density for 76-100 milimeter compacted thickness .USING Batch mix type hot mix plant without Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition, Sensor Paver, Vibratory roller with Stone Dust filler.(Viscous Grade-30 bulk bitumen rates are considered to arrive at rates)

BITUMINOUS CONCRETE:- Providing and laying bituminous concrete using crushed aggregates of grading 1, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.20 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transported to site with Vehicle Traffic System, laid over a previously prepared surface, finished to the required grade, level, alignment, and rolling to achieve the desired compaction for 50 milimeter compacted thickness with specified grade of Bitumen,Excluding prime / tack coat. For Bitumen of specified grade -- USING Batch mix type hot mix plant without Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition, Sensor Paver, Vibratory roller with Stone Dust filler.
