Constructing RCC UG sumps of capacity 2,50,000 litres in RCC M-30 mix design with free board of 2.5 m from OGL, including excavation in soft disintegrated rock, foundation concrete, raft, beams, side walls, top RCC roof slab with CI manhole covers including plaster and water proofing with 10 years warranty as per zonal specification including epoxy paint inside, refilling of earth and disposal of surplus earth within 250 m lead, including all piping connections, valves, ladder, ventilation shaft, plith protection, saucer drains with all fitting etc complete all as shown on drawing, as specified & directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for precast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in cover slabs of manholes, open drains incl of formwork set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. (Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately)

M & L for laying of DWCPE sewage pipes line 150 mm dia bore pipe stiffness class SN 8 including sealing of joints fittings etc complete with collars complete all as specified and directed

Supply and installation of fast earth electrode 3.0 mtr length size model F84, having two M S pipe one inside the other with proper not deep galvanished outer dia 88 mm and inner dia 48 mm and the cavity between the rod pipes is filled with ground resistance improment powder, sealed with both end the outer pipe of electrode should be zink coated, the electrode should burried directly in the ground by making boring of diameter 10'' with boaring machine highly conductive non magnetic and non corrives is to be connected with GI strip 25 X 3 mm of 2 to 3 mtr length to facilitet further connection to earth dolly and provision of earthing chamber in bricks wall size 45 x 45 x 15 cm an dhaving PCC cover of required size complete all as directed and all as per IS 3034 (1981)

Supply and fix Copper strip 32mm x 6mm buried in ground complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.
