The tenderer should be either Manufacturer or be an Authorized dealer of the manufacture

Tenderer should be registered with the competent authority and should hold the valid Production/trading license

The tenderer should upload an affidavit on stamp paper of Rs.100 stating that FIRM/COMPANY has not been blacklisted by any Central/State Government

Tenderer should be the manufacturer OR authorized dealer for ISO / ISI goods and should hold the ISO/ISI renewed Registration Certificate in the name of the tenderer should be uploaded.

The tenderer should tested and supplied the equipment similar to the type specified in the Schedule of Requirements not less than 50 percent of the amount put to tender in any one of the last 5 years. The work done Certificate should be signed/issued by not below the rank of Executive Engineer

The tenderer should upload an affidavit on stamp paper of Rs.100 stating that FIRM/COMPANY shall provide a comprehensive onsite warranty for a period of 36 months from the date of successful supply and acceptance by department

The bidder shall submit a detailed Supply plan for the 126 Gram Panchayaths of 5 talukas of BENGALURU SOUTH (RAMANAGARA) District. and Training Plan along with the technical bid. (The plan shall be evaluated as part of the technical assessment).

Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years achieved in at least two financial years an annual minimum financial turnover of Amount Put To Tender. Audited statement and balance sheet certified by the ICAI registered auditor must be submitted for the relevant years.
