12 mm. cement plaster in 1:4 (cement and coarse sand)single coat onfair side of single or half brick wall for interior plastring upto floor to level including internal rounded angles chamfers and/ or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in grith and finished even and smooth. Providing and fixing angle iron frames for doors, windows and ventilators of mild steel Angle sections of size 35x35x5 mm, joints mitred and welded by angle iron 35x35x5 mm or 35x 5 mm flat pieces to the existing T-iron frame or to the wall with dash fastener, including fixing of necessary butt hinges and screws and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-charge. Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm). 13.44.1

Distempering with 1st quality acralic Distemper having VOC contant less than 50gm./ltr. two or more coat over and including prime coat with cement primer. DSR 13.41.1

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate. DSR 11.3.1.

S/F Marble stone Patiya etc. all complete.
