Excavation in Hill area by manual/mechanical means:- Excavation in soil in hill areas all heights and depth in all kind of soil including saturated soil comprising of mixed soil, ordinary rock and hardd rock all work of rock cutting by blasting shall be carried out by taking all necessary precautions against soil erosion, damage to hill side, water pollution etc. and to protect stability of hill side. Rock shall be excavated with chiselling and wedging out rock( where blasting is prohibited) including cutting and trimming of side slopes and disposing of excavated earth with a lift upto all heights and all leads as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, in conformately with the requirement of technical specification of rural roads clause 1603.1 all useful material such as stone, shingle, aggregates& slate etc. shall be sorted out and stacked along the road side properly. Any loss to the public and private property to during the course of execution shall be the absoulte responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases.

Earth work in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto all leads , dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable material in ordinary soil upto all depth. as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.all useful material such as stone, shingle, aggregates& slate etc. shall be sorted out and stacked along the road side properly. Any loss to the public and private property to during the course of execution shall be the absoulte responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement:6 sand : 12 graded stone 40mm agregate nominal size) for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 802,803, 1202 and 1203. within all leads and lifts and as per HP.PWD., specification of 1990 volume-I and as per direction of including carriage of material by mechanical means with in all leads and lifts as latest MORTH specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as per HP.PWD., specification of 1990 volume-I and as per direction of including carriage of material by mechanical means with in all leads and lifts as latest MORTH specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and Vibrated cement concret containing mininum content of cement is 5.50 bags per cun in all heights and depth as per drawing and techbical specifications in foundation of retaining walls complete as per drawing and techncal specifications in foundation of retaining walls complete . M 15(1:2.5:5) within all leads and lifts and as per HP.PWD., specification of 1990 volume-I and as per direction of including carriage of material by mechanical means with in all leads and lifts as latest MORTH specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 150 mm and disposal of scarified material with a lift upto 3 m and lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.4 including carriage of material by mechanical means with in all leads and lifts as latest MORTH specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802,803,1202 and 1203. with P.C.C. grade M 10 nominal mix 1:3:6 (Hand mixing)within all leads and lifts and as per HP.PWD., specification of 1990 volume-I and as per direction of including carriage of material by mechanical means with in all leads and lifts as latest MORTH specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Stone soling properly hand packed filling interstices with kharanja stone and consolidating with power road roller to the requested gradient and camber including spreading watering and rolling of binding materials moorum or earth etc. complete as per HP.PWD. specification. 100mm spread thickness (finished workincluding materials and labour) including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as per HP.PWD. specifications of 1990 volume-I and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of embankment, subgrade & earthen shoulders with approved materialobtained from borrow pits with all leads and lift and removal of top soil if any, including cost of land as a source of material, transporting to site, spreading, graded by mot within all leads and lifts and as per HP.PWD., specification of 1990 volume-I and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying in weep holes of retaining walls/ breast walls 100mm dia PVC(D-Plast) pipes of working pressure not less than 4.5 Kg per sqm. as per drawing and H.P.P.W.D. technical specifications. within all leads and lifts and as per HP.PWD., specification of 1990 volume-I and as per direction of including carriage of material by mechanical means with in all leads and lifts as latest MORTH specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Backfilling behind abutment, wing wall and return wall complete as per drawings and technical specification clause 1204.3.8 with granular material. within all leads and lifts and as per HP.PWD., specification of 1990 volume-I and as per direction of including carriage of material by mechanical means with in all leads and lifts as latest MORTH specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity after excavating earth to an average of 22.5 cm depth, dressing to camber and consolidating with road foller including making good the undulations etc. and re- rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earth with lead upto 50 metres including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as per HP. PWD., specifications of 1990 volume- I and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material to work site upto lead of 1000 m spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bond macadom specification including spreading in uniform thickness,hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80/100 KN in static rolling in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill up the interstices of course aggregate, watering and compacting to the required dencity grading-Ias per technical specification clause 405 by mechnical means. including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as per HP. PWD., specifications of 1990 volume- I and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of size 63mm to 45mm ( sixty three milliMetre to forty five milliMetre) Grading-2 75mm (seventy five milliMetre) consolidated thick to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness using template, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100KN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber applying and booming, stone screening of size 13.2mm ( thirteen point two milliMetre) nominal size at the rate of 0.27cum ( zero point two seven cubic Metre) per ten square Metres and binding material at the rate of 0.08 cum ( zero point zero eight cubic Metre) to fill up the interstices of course aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density of course aggregate, watering and grade-II as per technical specification and date book clause 405 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as per HP.PWD., specifications of 1990 volume-I and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

WBM Grading-3 Providing, laying , speading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thockness, hand packing, roling with smooth wheel roller 80-100KN in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming stonescreening/ binding materials to fill-up the interstices of course aggregate watering and compacting to the required density Grading - 3 as per technical specification clause 405 including hauling of material in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at rate of 0.70-1.0 Kg/sqm using mechanical means as per technical specification clause 502. including hauling of material in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying 50mm (Fifty millimetres) compacted thick bituminous macadam with 100-120 (One hundred -One hundred twenty) tonne per hour hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes (seventy five tonne) per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading as per table 500.4 premixed with bituminous binder VG-10 (Viscosity Grade-Ten) at the rate of 3.3% (Three decimal three percent) of mix weight with nano technology binder at the rate 0.1% (zero decimal one percent) of weight of bitumen, transported to site, laid over a previousioly prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per MORD technical specificaton section 500 including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Providing and laying 30mm (Thirty milimetre) thick bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type Hot Mix Plant proddudcing an average out put of 75mt/hr.using crushed aggregate of specified grading ,premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.5 (five point five) percent of mix and filler including Zycotherm @10(Zero point ten percent) of weight of bitumen transporting the Hot mix to work site laying with a hydostic paver finisher with sensor controll to the required grade, level and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tendom roller to achieve the desired compection. binder as per MORTH Specification No.509.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-I) on the prepared bituminious surface cleaned with hydraulic broom and spraying with bitumen emulsion pressure distributor at the rate 0.250 Kg (Zero decimal two five zero kilogram) per Square metre using one part of bitumen tack emulsion RS-I and two parts of water mixed with Nano technology nanotac @ 1.4% (One decimal four percent) of weight of emulsion as per MORD technical specification section 500, and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including octroi, royality, malkana toll tax and other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated cement concrete grade M-35 and curing completed excluding cost of form work and re-inforcement for reinforced concrete work in all floor height and carriage of material in all leads and lifts. including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as per HP.PWD. specifications of 1990 volume-I and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.Foundations, footings, basis of columns and the like and mass concrete including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as per HP.PWD., specifications of 1990 volume-I and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying flooring laid over cement concrete bedding complete as per drawing and technical specification Clause 1303 Rubble stone laid in cement mortar 1:3 including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Supplying, fitting, and placing Mild steel/TMT steel bar reinforcement in superstructure complete as per drawing and technical specifications Clauses 1002, 1010 and 1202 including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia 10 metre openable length ( total length 90 m), having 50 nos rounds per 6 metre length, upto 3 m height of wall with existing angle iron ‘Y’ shaped placed 2.4m or 3.00 m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T. reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, with reinforced barbed tape(R.B.T.) / Spring core (2.5mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/ sq.mm with tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/ metre (cost of M.S. angle, C.C. blocks shall be paid separately) including carriage of material by mechanical means with in all leads and lifts as latest MORTH specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete wearing course M 30 grade including reinforcement complete as per drawing and technical specifications Clauses 800 and 1206.3 including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per directions of including carriage of material by mechanical means with in all leads and lifts as latest MORTH specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Drainage spouts complete as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 1209 within all leads and lifts and as per HP.PWD., specification of 1990 volume-I and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying R.C.C. grade M 25 - 1:1.5:3 in superstructure upto 5.00 m height complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and fixing of dual directional delinators made out of 18 gauge ms rectangular pipe of size 25mm*68mm and of lenth 600mm delinators stove enamelled and baked to 120 (power coated) had made out of ABS plastic rectangluar molded with flat face provided with high intensity prismatic reflectors of colour (white/yellow/red) of size 100mm * 125mm with additional 2 relective strips of 0*65mm reflactor work in all weather condition like goggy, rainy,snow and temprature condition (-)25 C and (+) 50 intensity reflective which also conform to IRC-67-2001 table 5.1 specification make green/greenlight complete including carriage of material by mechanical means with in all leads and lifts as latest MORTH specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. Supply and fixing galvanized steel bar-bed wire (IS: 278-1962 Type-1) weighing 9.38 Kg per 100 metres (minimum) straining and fixing to any type of standared rails, straining bolts including securing with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc. as directed (posts and struts of wood concrete, steel etc. and straining bolts shall be paid for seperately.) including carriage of material by mechanical means with in all leads and lifts as latest MORTH specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
