Earth work excavation for foundation in all soils such as red earth ,hard stiff clay soil, stiff black cotton soil, hard redearth,shales, murrams, gravel,hard rock not requiring blasting ete complete.,

For Foundation (I Depth)

Supply and Filling with u/s gravel including all labour charges for filling including watering ramming, consolidation and other incidental charges etc., complete

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (one cement, four sand and eight hard granite broken stone of 40mm size ISS gauge) for foundation and footing including mixing, placing, ramming ,finishing curing etc. complete in accordance with standard specification and as directed by the TWAD Board Officers.

Brick work with cement mortar 1:5 mix using country bricks of size 83/4"x41/4"x2" for foundation and basement and superstructure inculding cost and conveyance of all materiales curing etc ,complete.

Basement

Reinforced Cement concrete 1:11/2:3 mix using 20 mm HBGS metal inculding cost and coveyance of all materials to site including labour for mixing ,laying,curing etc complete.,

For Foundation

Supplying and erection centering for sides and soffits inculding necessary supports and structing for plain surfaces such as RCC Slab,Lintel,Beam coloum,sunshade etc complete.,.

Upto basement

Upto basement

Supplying and fabrication,placing in position of mild steel or ribbed Tor steel grils for RCC works inculding cost of steel and binding wire etc.

Plastering with Cement Morter 1:5 mix 12 mm thick inculding cost and conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges for curing etc

Finishing the exposed surface of RCC item of work CM 1 :3, 10mm thick. including cost and convenyance all materials to site etc

Weathering course using brick jellyand lime including cost and convenyance all materials to site etc complete.

Providing of 25mm thick Granothic flooring with CC 1:2:4 using 10-12mm size chips including all labour chargers etc complete.

Finishing the top of the roof with one course of Machine Pressed Tiles of size 20 cm x 2 cm of approved quality laid in CEMENT MORTAR 1:3(One cement and three sand) 12 mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to ISS by 2% weight of cement us

Disember with two coat using best quality oil bound distember including cost and convenyance all materials to site etc complet

Colour washing two coats with Exterior emulsion of first class quality paint and of approved colour including cost and convenyance all materials to site etc complete

painting with new iron works such as steel door with approved quality colur including cost and convenaynce all materials to site etc complete.
