PERIODICAL SERVICES TO BUILDINGS INCLUDING REPAIR TO FACADE, FACIA AND TANK CLEANING ETC AT AF STN BARWALA UNDER AGE (I) HIGHGROUND

Material and Labour for 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on concrete surface (edges of chajjas, roof, roof projections and similar work over 10 mm thick dubbing out average on irregular face of walls) in two layers, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, including taking down loose/damaged concrete from the surface and applying two coats of surface finish as per existing finish specifications, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Double scaffolding and necessary shuttering shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates against this item.

Material and Labour for rendering (in patch work of square or rectangular shape area not exceeding 3 sqm) 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4 finished the surface even and smooth (without using extra cement) incl taking down (broken/weak) plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for repair of plastering for work in isolated widths or in widths not forming part of general plastering such as in bands, sunk panels, cornices, skirtings, drip moulds, edges of jambs, cills, soffits of door window and similar work exc 15 cm but n exc 30 cm in width or girth; including cutting to edges, all mitres and stopped ends including taking down cement plaster and plastering the same with cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls or concrete surfaces, etc, any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc and removal of rubbish outside MoD land, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Rate quoted by contractor shall be deemed to include to necessary scaffolding etc.

Material and Labour for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on brick masonary wall complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls, pillars, cornices and applying two coats cement base paint including preparation of surface complete all as specified and direceted.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6), on brick/concrete surfaces of walls, finished even and smooth without using extra cement , complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation and applying 1 mm thick wall care putty on wall surface, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of 1st quality oil bound distemper (oil emulsion) over and including a coat of alkali resistant primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old decorated wall surfaces by brooming down or steel wire brushing and using sand paper scraping down smoke shoot moulds mass and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc , including leveling/edging the disturbed places/edges using necessary filling of Birla/JK wall care putty to obtain smooth regular/even finish and applying one coat of Ist quality Oil Bound Distemper, complete all as specified and directed.
