Providing and fixing 35 mm thick Golden Champ (kiln seasoned) glazed window shutter with 75mm thick wide styles and top and bottom rails. the rate includes the cost of 4mm glass panes fixed with 1/2'' x 3/4'' golden champ wood corner beading 2 Nos. Aluminium bolt and Aluminium D-type handle 4" size the window shutter to be painted with two coats of special quality paint over one coat of primer complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles ( Single Charge) in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.
