Demolishing stone rubble masonry manually/by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge: In cement mortar.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed, within a lead of 50 metres: All kinds of soil :

Supplying and laying of Nallah Dry stone soling hand packed tightly including ramming, watering and filling of interstices including all carriages complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for: Foundations, footings, bases for columns etc.

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in- charge. Made of G.I. wire of dia 4 mm.

Random Rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 Cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) upto plinth level and curing complete with: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 coarse sand) including all carriages leads, lifts complete.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles of size 300x300 mm or more (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1Cement : 4 Coarse sand), including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. In colour such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown.

Engagement of skilled carpenter and skilled labour for repair / easing to door / windows including cost of nails screws, hinges, beeding, fevicol wherever required all as per the direction of EIC.

Providing and fixing of wardrobes, cabinets of 19mm thick marine ply 12mm backing of approved brand in wardrobes cabinets, shelves, counters, tables drawers, sliding shelves etc all edges/ top of visible side of 19mm ply shall be fixed with 15mm thick margin wherever required all exposed faces out side shall be finished with lamination of Dulmica / Sunmica of 1mm minimum thickness of approved shade and make to be fixed including all hardware fittings, fancy handles, hinges, catchers cover fillets, moldings, nails, fevicol SR and SH, screws, washers etc all complete as per drawings / directions of EIC 600mm deep, finished face area to be taken for measurements.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade Two or more coats on new work.

Providing and fixing 3 layer PP-R (Poly propylene Random copolymer) pipes conforming to IS: 15801, UV stabilized and anti-microbial fusion welded, having thermal stability for hot and cold water supply including all PP-R plain and brass threaded Polypropylene random fittings. This includes testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer-incharge. Internal work Concealed fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 meter spacing including cutting chases and making good the wall etc.

c) Union 25mm OD.

Labour for available stones for laying in 1:6 mix.

Carriage of materials from source to site of work by mechanical means.

a) Stone aggregate above 40mm nominal size for an avg. lead of 30 Kms.

b) Stone aggregate below 40mm nominal size for an avg. lead of 30 Kms.

c) Sand for an avg. lead of 20 Kms.

d) Stones for an avg. lead of 20 Kms.
