M&L for 20mm thick granite slab, machine cut, well polished, bedded in 15mm thick in CM 1:4 as in cooking plaforms & like and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixtures of pigments to match the shade of granite stone including cutting and polishing etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for non- skid ceramic coloured and printed tiles of size 400x400mm) 6 to 7 mm thick in floor, etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1 : 6 ) for laying of floor finishes complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster of any description built in cement mortar on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for Key, scrubbing down with water etc.complete all as specified.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar

M & L brick work using sub class ‘B’ bricks old size straight or curved on plan exc 6.0 M mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 as in manhole/ septic tank/soak well complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L renderig 15mm thick cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick or concrete surface of wall rendering is to be finished even smooth with out using extra cement complete all as directed by the Engineer - In- Charge.

M&L for preparation of newly surface of ceiling and applyinf three coats of white wash complete.

MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Paneling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/ sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and jointed together with solvent cement as directed.
