Dismantling posts or struts (wood,steel,brick masonry or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion &making good disturbed ground posts embedded in concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in filling in post holes, complete all as specified.

Mild steel bolts (Purpose made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other ends, or screwed both ends each screw to be fitted with washer and one hexagonal or square nuts, exceeding 30cms long, diameter of shank n.exc. 12mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel work in hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc., wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparation of new or previously untreated steel surface any description over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as directed. Note : (each line of wire to be measured)

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry, built in cement mortar, including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L walling of random rubble masonry with best quality stone, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted and built in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan, exceeding 6 m mean radius with old size bricks, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on stone masonry surfaces or other than fair faces of brick work in CM 1:4 finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary formwork, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone or cement concrete walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors & pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of floor, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded crused stone aggregate) as in floors to recieve floor finishes, complete all as specified.

M&L Machine pressed precast coloured concrete interlocking paver blocks glossy finish laid in floor, any shape and size conforming to IS-15658-2006 of 60mm thickness M-35 grade with grey cement & pigment, laid over and including 50mm thick sand cushioning and compacted with mechanical vibrator complete all as specified and directed.

M&L chequered cement concrete tiles of size 250x250 x20 mm thick, with grey cement and pigment, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry, laid in floors, over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of septic tank of any capacity & any size and depth including inlet and outlet chamber i.e taking out sludge/mud/debris and any other organic materials after plugging the incoming sewage line, loading to the cart/lorry & deposting not less than 100 metre away from site, cleaning and covering the deposited sludge with minimum 25cm thick layer of earth, complete all as specified and directed. (All work to be carried out under foul condition.)

Cleaning of 150mm bore sewage lines/drain pipes including manholes laid to any slope or gradient, any depth with manual or mechanical method, removing and depositing the sludge not less than 100 metre away from the site of clearing and covering the sludge with layer of 25mm thick layer of earth and testing by pouring water from manhole to manhole, complete all as specified and directed. (All work to be carried out under foul condition.)

Cleaning of 100mm bore sewage lines/drain pipes including manholes laid to any slope or gradient, any depth with manual or mechanical method, removing and depositing the sludge not less than 100 metre away from the site of clearing and covering the sludge with layer of 25mm thick layer of earth and testing by pouring water from manhole to manhole, complete all as specified and directed. (All work to be carried out under foul condition.)

Cleaning of blocked WC including and upto first manhole with manual labour and well flushing with clean water and the seat functional including depositing the sludge not less than 100m away in pit including digging of pit, complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of blocked nahani/floor gully trap upto first manhole with manual labour and well flushing with clean water including depositing the sludge not less than 100m away in pit including digging of pit, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement reinforced concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) in ground floors & pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to sides and soffits of suspended slab such as roof slab, floor slab, shelves and similar works n. exc. 200 mms thick (Horizontal or sloping), finishing rought the concrete surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

Precast reinforced cement concrete type 1: 2: 4, type-B1 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces, set and jointed in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately)

MS TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking bending spirally for hopping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not les than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.50m wide and n exc 1.50m in depth for foundation etc or for shaft wells, cesspits manholes pier holes etc n. exc 10 sqm on plan and n. exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in (soil) including spreading, levelling , watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25cm thick, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 smooth finished, and reforming benching as required for 150mm bore pipe, all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (salt glazed stone ware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar for 150mm dia pipes, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 15mm bore steel tubing and connection, including cleaning for refixing or removal from site, complete all as specified and directed.
