Supplying, fabrication , installation , testing and commissioning of M.S Floating Barge on river Brahmaputra with Size 16.00 m x 7.50m

Supplying, fabrication , installation , testing and commissioning of Mild Steel floating Barge to a place in position with mooring materials , anchoring devices and cable , anchor manual capstan , moveable gantry crane with pulley of 2 tone capacity for lifting and shifting armoured electric cable heavy equipments , (Davit) cable slip ring devices on the deck for armoured electric cable, 2.10 m x 2.40 m size storage room for spares , T&P materials (Deckhouse) requisite bulk head with manhole to each , sufficient lighting arrangement both inside and outside the barge including supplying of 200 meter length of 16mm MS wire rope of tested quality including necessary MS forged ‘U’ clamps and lying the completed barge to RCC pedestal on river banks complete as directed

Supply , fitting and fixing of Double armoured rubber flaxable Hose Pipe of Heavy duty discharge and suction conforming to IS : 3549/1983 with built in MS flange having ISI make with working pressure rating of 16 Kg/cm2 and make size 200m dia 3.50 meter long of each at Barge .

Supplying, installation testing & commissioning of raw water pump sets including starter panel , cables,common header etc.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of electrical driven CentrifugalRaw water pumping set ( couple type ) with suitable for operation with 415 (+10 %) V, 3-phase, 50 Hz + 3% power supply with suitable size & specification of pump/ motor in all respect with specifacation - split case multistage (2 stg) pump set discharge 60lps, head -120m with 110kw/ 150hp/ 4 pole motor along with the assessories (MOC; Ci- casing + CF8M Impeller( Stainless steel) + SS shaft) along with base plate, coupling, coupling guard, foundation nuts & bolts, construction & fitting of MS joist 200x6 joist foundation, supplying & fitting of starter panel of required specifification, necessary cables for connection power line from main panel board to startr panel & starter panel to pumpset , supplying & installation of one change over of required spacification all complete as directed.

Supplying, installation testing & commissioning of main Panel board , including cables required to connect from transformer with all other accessories at Barge Site

Supply, fitting & fixing of Common header with 8 mm thich 400mm dia. , 4.0m long, with 8mm thick 200mm dia 30.0m long pipe , 14 nos flange for installtion of valves ( S/v & NRV)MS pipe for connecting 2 nos Raw water pump and Raw water pummping main and with necessary D/F Sluice Valve PN1.6 for outlet ( 200 mm dia- 4 nos and Inlet ( 200 mm dia 2 nos ) , Foot valves - 2 nos and non return valves PN1.6 200 mm dia- 2 nos , Nut- bolt, Protection Jali with MS Rod (8 mm dia ) for around inlet foot valves , painting .in all respect.

Supplying & laying following size PVC/XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed 1.1kv grade solid aluminium conductor upto 10sqm balance stranded conductor , xlpe insulated , cores laid up, PVC tape inner sheathed , armoured for single core up to 70sqmm balance aluminium strip , galvanised for cables upto to 2x10 sqm 3x10 sqm , 4x6 sqm baqlance all galvanised steel strp, mextruded PVC type ST@ sheathed , 650/1100v grade as per IS 7908 (part 1) 1988 armourured UG cable UG cable laid in ground / partially in air required for termination over deptt of 75cm , refilling, trotective brick covering sand cushioning etc. complete handling of surplus spoil, debris to proper place as specified and directed by the deptt. (Nicco/ Havells/ RPG/CCI/ Polycab/ Gloster/ Finolex make or equivalant.

i) 185 sqmm 3 & 1/2 core armoured UG cable for transformer to main panal 30m

Repairing and replacement of Sluice Valves with / short / long spindle ( 7 nos) , MS door and Steel window & ventilation with glass pan . Dozing motors, Flush mixture mechanical works , Wiring , replacement of cable as per required diameter, Tube light, Ceiling Fan, plastering as where necessary , Air blower at Treatment Plant

Supplying, spreading of filter media of filter Beds including lateral UPVC pipes

Supplying and placing of river gravel of different size for using as filter media free from dirt, dust or any foreign materials including inorganic dalts etc with range of size 40 mm to 50 mm - 200 mm thicness, 32 mm to 40 mm - 200 mm thickness , 12 mm to 20 mm - 100 thickness and 6 mm to 212 mm - 100 thickness . and Coarse sand to use as filter media for rapid gravity filter effective size from 0.45mm to 0.70 mm and uniformity co-efficient between 1.70 and 1.80 all complete with 600 mm thickness as directed by EIC. The sand shall be hard and reistant quartzite and free from dust, clay and fine particles etc. and gravel should be freeform dust and to be washed for cleaning incuding Latteral Pipe for Filter bed : Supplying fitting fixing of UPVC pipe of 110mm dia with 6 kg/ CM2 . Including making 12 mm hole for filtration of water including Bend , Tee all complete

Painting of complete Tratment Plant and boundary wall

Painting of complete tratment plant ( Filte house, Chemical house, Raw water Channel and Aeraor including boundary wall with supply of all materials making all arrangements for paintings all complete as directed . Two coats at Inside Acrylic emulsion wall paint and outside weather coats . Boundary wall painting with two coats of Durocem/ Snowcem including removing of old paint . Metal surface with red oxside primer and two coats of santhetic enamal paint after removing old paint

Supply, laying, Road Crossing, Culvert Crossing, Drain/ Nalla Crossing and commissioning of distribution pipe network by High Density polyethylene [ HDPE (PE80)] pipes including all specials confirming to IS 4984 and the specifications, including third party inspection, all taxes and duties, transportation, freight charges, loading and unloading, conveyance to the project site and stacking with cost of all labor and material , including excavation in trenches, dismantling of all type of pavements, sand bedding as required, backfilling of trenches and foundations with approved graded excavated materials and approved graded river sand as required including loading and unloading , Shuttering and shoring the earth at different levels in foundations where necessary with required prop, struts, planks, timbers, nails etc. including dewatering if necessary, complete for distribution system as per Technical Specifications per Employer's Requirements.with pipe diameters- 100 mm dia - 4 nos, 150 mm dia-2 nos , 200 mm dia-2 nos and 250 mm dia - 2 nos

Payment for outstanding Electricity Bill (arear) including reconnection charges as admissible of APCDL
