Earth work excavation for foundation & depositing on bank with an initial lead of 10m & lift of 2 m for depths in soft disintegrated Rock when required, barricading with safety lamps etc all complete as per standard specification as directed by the Departmental Engineer.

Providing and laying PCC 1:4:8 grade for levelling course for base of trenches/channels etc. with the maximum size of coarse aggregate 40 mm size curing by sprinkling/ ponding of water, etc. complete as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Dewatering the trenches during excavation and laying jointing of sewers by engaging diesel pumpset upto 3 hp with fuel, crew, hire charges, transportation and all other items of work complete as per standard specifications and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply of C.I D/F PIPES AS PER IS 7181/1986 & IS 1537/1996 Etc Complete 450mm to 750mm

Lowering of C.I Pipes and specials in the trenches and laying to proper grade and alignment and as CIrected by the TWAD Officers.

Jointing the C.I pipes and specials with rubber insertion to with IS- 638(1979) and M.S. bolts and nuts of IS 1364-1 (2002), incluCIng cost of jointing materials such as bolt and nuts Rubber insertion and labour charges etc., complete. (300 mm C.I pipes and specials)

Refilling the trenches with suitable excavated earth available along the alignment after the pipes & specials are laid, jointed & tested in layers & watering, ramming & consolidation directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Carting of excavated surplus soil away from site including cost for all items of work, men, materials, machinery, equipment as per standard specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Barricading work ( Where , there is less traffic areas and broader roads etc.) for laying of pipe line using casurina poles at 1.50 m center to center ( 8 cm to 10 cm dia and 1.80 m height) Vertical with horizontal poles in three rows including painting the vertical poles in the road facing sides with ready mix paint, tying the vertical and horizontal poles with coir rope including fixing charges and fixing 75 mm dia reflectors including earth work excavation for fixing vetical posts and finally removing and stacking the materials safely for further use etc., complete and as directed by TWAD Board Officers.

Removing the burst R.C.C. pipes from the pipe line and removal of slushy soil and baling out water and replacing the pipe line with sound pipe incluCIng jointing and cost of refilling the pipe line with water for retesting the pipe line etc., complete. (excluCIng cost of sound pipe and jointing materials and earth work) and as CIrected by the TWAD Board Officers 400mm CI Pipes
