SCHEDULE "A" PART-I 'A' (Building Work) Item No 01: Designing (Architecturally, Structurally & Aesthetically) and construction of block of operator room bldg (Plinth Area 18.00 Sqm) having operator room, store room, sanitary annexure (Arch drawing approved by CWE/GE) with permanent specification, RCC design mix M-25, RCC framed construction, anti termite treatment, mosquito proofing, Waterproofing treatment on roof, ceramic tile and AL door, windows and ventilators etc and as detailed in scope of work and other documents of the tender complete .

Item No 02: Designing (Hydraulically, Structurally & Aesthetically) and constructing sewage collection sump using RCC M-30 (design mix) of 150 cum/day capacity including excavation in all type strata, foundation concrete, container wall, bottom slab local sump and foundation of raw sewage pumps (03 nos), top RCC roof slab with CI manhole covers and with plaster and water proofing as per zonal specification including epoxy paint inside, refilling of earth and disposal of earth with 50m lead including all piping connections, valves, internal electrification, MS ladder, ventilation shaft, BB chamber upto 5m of outer wall of tank complete including test for water tightness and hydraulic functioning. Top room shall be designed as pump room as approved by CWE/GE and pump room shall be finished as per zonal specification and IL of incoming sewage is 3.0 to 4.0m deep from ground level and height of sump well is 0.9m above ground level etc all as per zonal specification and as detailed in scope of work and other documents of the tender complete.

Item No 03: Designing (Hydraulically, Structurally & Aesthetically) and constructing RCC treated water collection tank of 50 Cum/day capacity using RCC design Mix M-30 including excavation in all types strata, foundation concrete, container walls, bottom slab and with plaster and stainless steel ladder, MS manhole cover including frame and waterproofing as per zonal specification including epoxy paint inside, refilling of earth and disposal of earth with 50m lead complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Height of sump well is 0.9mtr above ground level etc and as detailed in scope of work and other documents of the tender complete.

Item No 01: M&L for designing (Hydraulically, Structurally & Aesthetically), providing, constructing, hydraulic testing, commissioning of STPs alongwith provision of required capacity DG sets & required LT panel as per capacity of STP and Pumps based on latest CPCB norms & rating for STPs mentioned at item No 1(a) to 1(d) below complete all as detailed in scope of work and other documents of the tender. Note: (a) Sewage Quantity – 2/3RD of calculation based on Sewage calculation. (b) Influent (RAW) Sewage Parameter shall be assessed by contractor based on CPHEEO norms (c) Effluent (Treated) Sewage Parameters: (I) PH (6.5-8.3), (II) COD < 50 MG/L, (III) BOD < 10 MG/L, (IV) TSS < 10 MG/L, (V) Total Nitrogen <10 MG/L, (VI) Total Phosphorous 1 MG/L, (VII) Faecal collection NIL and No foul odour (d) End usage / reuse of treated wastewater – arboriculture. (e) NOC from municipal corporation for disposal of treated wastewater to be taken. (f) Consent to Establish and Operate from SPCB to be taken. (g) CPHEEO manual to be followed.

Note for Srl No 2 to 19 The percentage above / below the SSR -2020 (part-II) rates shall be derived from the amount quoted by the contractor against Srl No. 2 to 19 by comparing it with the amount inserted / pre- priced by the department and the same shall be applicable for the items of respective schedule.

External Water Supply Treated Water Reuse

Item No 01 : Supply and fix PP-R Gate valves (brass insert) and fixed of 15 mm dia outer dia complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 02 : S&F GI elbow heavy class 25mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 03 : Material & labour for masonary valve chamber, TYPE 'A' including PCC (1:4:8) type D2 foundation & floor, brick work in CM (1:4), internal & external plaster 10 mm. All complete as per standard details and as per specifications. Size 600 x 600 x 600 mmcomplete all as specified and as directed by engineer - in - charge.

Item No 04 : Making/boring hole under road/pavement/hard standing with help of Bookies suitable for passing pipe (any type) up to 150 mm Dia not less than one mtr below ground level including required earth work complete all as specified and as directed by engineer - in - charge.

Item No 05: S&F and testing of non-clogged vertical submersible pumps, cast iron including supply, installation with guide rail and lifting chain and cables, outlet pumping upto STP, earthing, testing complete with 02 years maintenance for sewage pumping stations.:-

External Electric Supply

Item No 12: Supply and erection in vertical position Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws, type 410 SP-22 (8.50) metres long) all as specified duly factory painted with two coats of black bituminous paint internally through out and externaly for embeded portion and painting with one coat of red oxide primer, applying two coats of synthetic enamel aluminium paint on remaining exposed surfaces after errection complete, painting with synthetic enamel paint of colours black and yellow alternate strips of 30cm width upto 1.5 mtr from the top of coping complete including making suitable holes where required all as specified and directed . Make: Electrosteel/ Jindal/ National tubing Co or equivalent as approved by GE . Note : PCC in foundation, coping, Earth work ( Excavation, Returning & refilling and removal) will be measured and paid separately under relative items of Sch 'A'

Item No 13 : Supply,fixing, testing & commissioning of LED street light fittings on steel tubular poles of height not exceeding 7.5 mtrs, comprising of epoxy powder coated housing, enclosed with glass cover in frame, for efficiency not less than 100 lumens/Watt, and minimum wattage capacity of 72 W with ingress protection IP 65/66 and external SPD of capacity 10 KV in addition to inbuilt with drive complete, fixed to 40 mm dia medium grade GI pipe bracket of length not less than 1.20 cm bend to 120 degree shape with necessary GI clamps 50mmx6mm MS strip bend to required shape, nut bolts etc and 1.5 Sqmm 3 core PVC flexible copper cable from junction box to fitting to be layed /drawn inside steel tubler pole complete and testing on completion all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) MS Clamp fittings with nut bolts and GI bracket will be measured and paid separately.(ii) Minimum 2 years guarantee period of LED fittings (iii) Driver shall be IP 66 degree of protection potted seal type with inbuilt SPD and external SPD of capacity 10 KV to be provided in addition to inbuilt. (iv) Power factor more than 0.9 (v) Contractor shall submit LM 79 and LM 80 test reports from manufacturer from approved laboratory.

Item No 14 : S&F weather Proof PVC Junction Box made out of not less than 2 mm thick of size 250x200x100 mm (approx) complete with hinged door locking arrangement and consisting of 01 No panel mounted connector 4 pole 32 A - 01 No MCB SP 06 Amps 10 KA - 01 No, confirming to IP 65 complete including fixing on street light pole with MS Clamps, bolts, nuts and washers omplete all as specified and directed.

Item No 15 : Supply and fixing timelite distribution boards (street light DBs) 40 A 3 pole with 230 V Astronomical time switch complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(b) M/s KK manhole. or manufacturer test certificate of SFRC cover (iii) reinforcement shall not be measured and paid seperately.

Item No 23 : Supply, laying and testing of 200 mm inner diameter of double wall corrugated (DWC) high density polethelene pipes(HDPE) and stiffness class-8 (SN-8) with ISI marked (with CML No) with and including all fittings & jointing materials for sewage line and laid in trenches as specified in IS-16098(Part-2):2013 and as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Bedding of pipe shall not be provided in normal condition and construction methods shall be strictly compiled as per clause no A-4 Annex 'A' of IS 16098(Part-2):2013

Item No 24 : Supply, laying and testing of 150 mm inner diameter of double wall corrugated (DWC) high density polethelene pipes(HDPE) and stiffness class-8 (SN-8) with ISI marked (with CML No) with and including all fittings & jointing materials for sewage line and laid in trenches as specified in IS-16098(Part-2):2013 and as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Bedding of pipe shall not be provided in normal condition and construction methods shall be strictly compiled as per clause no A-4 Annex 'A' of IS 16098(Part-2):2013

(iv) Power conditioning Unit(PCU) as per IEC/BIS,O/P Voltage : 360V/420V,O/P at No Load : 230+/- 2%,PF Greater Than 0.8,Efficiency(DC to AC) greater than 95% and full load Output Frequency : 50 Hz +/- 2%.

Notes :- 1. Photovoltaic modules shall carry a performance warranty of 90% during the first 10 years and 80% during the consecutive 15 years. Further module cell shall have performance warranty of 97.5% during the first year of installation.Each PV modules must use a RF identification tag (RFID), which must contain the following information:- (i) Name of the manufacturer of PV module (ii) Name of manufacturer of solar cells (iii) Month & year of manufacturer with country of origin (iv) I-V curve for the module (v) Peak wattage, Im,Vm and FF for the module (vi) Unique serial No and Model No of the module (vii )Date & year of obtaining IEC PV module qualification certificate (viii) Peak power rating of the modules should not be less than 545 Watt mono perc half cut cell type. RFID shall be mandatorily place inside the module laminate. 2. The module mismatch losses for modules connected to an inverter shall be less than 2%.

3. Bi- directional metering system (For Net metering) at LT Side of suitable rating and at suitable location its associated works likes cabling,fixing and other misc items required in Metering. Rates of Bidirectional meter is deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the Bidder. 4. Inter connecting PV module cable and conectors,HDPE Conduits and its accessories Ducting work for laying of DC Cables and Perforated Cable Tray cover for ducts all as per Engineering practices, mounting structures & associated civil works are deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the Bidder. 5. Pre despatch inspection shall be carried out by the authorized rep of accepting officer before final dispatch. 6. All material used for manufacturing solar PV module shall have a proven history of reliability and stable operation in external applications. It shall perform satisfactory with tempreture between (o degree to 90 degee C) and shall withstand adverse climatic conditions, such as high speed wind, blow with dust, sand particles, saline climatic/soil conditions and for wind 160 KM/Hr on the surface of the panel. 7. Each Array Junction box shall have suitable Reverse blocking Diodes/Fuses of maximum DC blocking voltage of 1000V with suitable arrangement for its connecting. 8. The terminals shall be connected to copper bus-bar arrangement. The Array junction boxes have suitable cable entry points fitted with cable glands. 9. Manufacture shall give 10 years product warrarnty and Manufacturer shall give 25 years power output transferble warranty. 10. Contractor shall provide maintenance kit, catlouge drawings circuit diagram etc and offer 15 days. 11. Off grid string invertor of suitable capacity with a warrant of 5 years, Mounting structures shall be made of GI, Solar battery of adequate along with AC distribution box and DC distribution box are included.

12. Any Item missed out for proper Commissioning and functioning of above 100 KW Solar Plant including the items mentioned above are deemed to be included in the rate quoted by the bidder.However Earthing required in solar plant will be measured and paid separately in the relevant item of schedule/BOQ. 13. Design shall be done as per latest IS code,latest MNRE guidelines and specifications mentioned in tenders.Solar modules and solar cells therein should be made in India and complying DCR norms(Domestic content Requirement).Module should be as per makes as approved by MNRE. 14. SPV modules should be essentially indigenously manufactured in India.The make of SPV module shall be any from the latest updated list of ALMM circulated by MNRE subject to fulfilment of all technical specifications as brough out in the Tender documents. 15. Design of complete Solar plant shall be got vetted from any MNRE approved organisation/IIT/NIT/Govt Institute before execution.PV Module must be tested and approved by one of the IEC authorised test centre.In addition a PV Module qualification test certificate as per IEC standard issued by ETDC ,Bangalore or Solar Energy Centre is also valid.For details of Test Lab refer MNRE Website.The submitted report should not be older than 5 years.

Manning & Operation for 02 Years During Defect Liability Period:

Item No 48 (a) : Comprehensive maintenance of Sewage Treatment Plant Installation (capacity- 45 KLD, 90 KLD, 90KLD, 125 KLD, 140 KLD (Total 05 Nos) ) including various electrical and mechanical equipments and attending fault of STP in reliable safe and efficient operating condition by regularly examining, lubricting and adjusting the equipments and carry out planned maintenance (Monthly, Quaterly, Halfyearly and yearly) in systematic and controlled manner using techniques and expertise and replacement of all unservicable components as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge . The trades men will be in possession of required working/ safety tools to maintained the plant /DG set/ control panels. The person shall carrying out the periodical maintenance of plant and keeping the installation neat and clean. Internal & External finishes shall be carried out every 2nd year.

Item No 48 (b) : Comprehensive maintenance of Solar Power Plant including washing/clean ing of solar PV module periodically as per pre palnned schedule, checking electrical parameter of the installed power plant and any other job other than indicated job would be covered under warranty of solar plant installed all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge for smooth and efficient performance of solar plant to achieve desired condition through out the currency of contract. (a) Engineer (minimum diploma holder) having passed "solarmita" programme by MNRE - 01 No and trained electrician -01 No with semi skilled helper - 01 No in first shift attending/monitoring the breakdown and preventive maintenance. (b) Skilled Labour in second shift for cleaning the PV module and upkeep the installation. - 02 Nos (c) Electrician for third shift complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge - 01 No Note: The Engineer must have diploma certificate in Electrical & Electronics, the electrician must have ITI certificate in Electrical and having experience in operation and maintenance of solar power plant, familiar with SCADA operating system weathering monitoring system, HT/LT installation and security and safety of whole plant.
