Conducting Topographical Survey as well as cadastral survey with high precise Total station & DGPS/ETS instrument for preparing contour plan by taking spot levels at the spacing of every 5 meter or less in two mutual perpendicular directions keeping variation in levels within 0.5 meter including 10 (Ten) nos. temporary bench mark to be established on permanent structure by flying the level from the Permanent Bench mark (Airport reference point), taking levels of bench mark, locating all existing main physical features (roads and road crossing, culvert, power line, electric poles, electric control panels, bench mark, trees, boundary line, buildings, storm water drains, internal roads, pathways, runways, taxiways, aprons, Parking bays, isolation bays, residential houses, highways, watch towers, fire stations, PAPI lights, Glide path, DVOR, ATC tower and other relevant structures/features with their +ve/‐ve elevation to be clearly marked on the body of drawing etc.) levelling with respect to permanent bench mark of survey of India or such other bench mark (ARP). Submission of: a) Five sets of colour printed digitized drawings (of Contour Plan, Topographical plan and Cadastral Survey Plan) printed by computer plotted and on reproducible medium like pen drive, after approval of draft print, grid plans showing contours on 0.5m interval on a scale of 1:1000 or suitable scale on suitably bigger size paper (preferably A0 size sheet) both as decided by EIC. Contours should be generated with computer software, complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of EIC. b) Based on spot levels collected in respect of the said area, level sheet in excel format as well as signed copy in hard (in triplicate after getting it printed in suitable sized paper so that levels are readable) shall also be submitted for the entire area in a grid of 5 m x 5 m or lesser. Rate includes mobilization of equipments, manpower, movements of manpower, engineer at site, survey work which includes spot levels at 5 m interval, contour map with contour interval at 0.5m, cadastral work and submission of required drawings in soft and hard copy. Note: i) The survey work against this item shall be carried out in operational (in restricted working hours) as well as non - operational area. All men and vehicles shall be permitted to enter the operational area only on possession of security passes. ii) Longitudinal levels of centre line/camber line of existing runways, taxiways and aprons are also to be collected separately if the line does not fall in the grid created by consideration of 5 m interval or lesser. Same is also to be shown in all drawings as well as excel format as mentioned above. iii) Along with excel format, suitable soft copies of contours, topography incl. cadastral readable in relevant software (such as CAD and GPS data file) also to be submitted in pen drive as described above.

Extra for preparation and submission of levels of top profile (transverse and longitudinal sections) of existing as well as extended/new runways, all taxiways and aprons/bays based on reduced level of end of individual existing structures (as achieved to by execution of item no. 1) as well as longitudinal and transverse slope for top profile, both provided by AAI (for complying to requirements of DGCA CAR/ICAO), and also for preparation and submission of quantity calculation of earth work in cutting/filling needed to achieve proper slope and gradient based on the data obtained from Topographical survey & contour map at item no. 1 and as above, complete in all respect as decided by Engineer-in-charge. Submission of 4 sets of quantity calculation sheets i.e, 3no hard copies and 1no soft copy (in excel as well as CAD format also)). Note: Soft copy in excel sheet should contain excel formulae based on which quantity have been calculated and necessary provision should be made in the excel that if in future any changes are made in top slopes and entered in excel sheet, corresponding quantity should be computed automatically.
