Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing, compaction etc. complete in specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level. 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

Providing and laying in position specified grade of cement concrete for all RCC structural elements upto plinth level including curing, compaction, finishing with rendering in cement sand mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and making good the joints and cost of plastizers( if required) excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement. Centering and Shuttering with plywood or steel sheets including strutting, propping bracing both ways and removal of formwork for foundation , footings, strap beam, raft , bases of columns etc.

Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1:6 including racking of joint etc. complete fine finish :20mm thick.

Stone Aggregate Single size :40 mm nominal size Lead upto 20 KM Building Rubbish stone metal ( Grit and Ballast etc)

Providing and laying of paver block as per IS 15658 : 2006 (Indian standard for precast concrete block for paving- specification) and IRC : SP:63-2004 (guidelines for the use of interlocking concrete block pavement) M-30, 60 mm thick to be used in non traffic areas like building premises, monument premises, land scapes, public gardens/ park, domestic drives, paths and patios, Embankment slopes, sand stabilization Area etc.( As per table 1 of IS 15658:2006 Category ‘B’ Denated only two side like I,Z,T shape etc. as per IRC SP 63:2004

Part-B Labour charges for spreading of available 20-63 mm nominal size Hand/crusher broken stone aggregate in uniform layer of 100 mm thickness in yard substation ( charged/uncharged GSS ) with manual /mechanical means, as permitted by the Engineer in charge,with due care,as per safety norms of sub station, complete in all respect with all lead and lift.(Payment shall be done as asurement ,after deduction of voids ,as per norms)

Labour charges for collection of existing spreaded 20-63mm nominal size Hand/Crusher broken stone aggregate of any thickness from substation yard by manual/mechanical means, as permitted by the Engineer in charge, with due care, as per safety norms of sub-station.This aggregate should be screened & stacked properly.Then this screened aggregate shall be laid in 100mm thick layer in yard as directed, with due care with all lead,lift.(payment shall be done as per stack measurement, after deduction of voids, as per norms).
