SUPPLY AND MAINTENANCE OF UNMANNED AERIAL VEHICLE DRONE WITH ACCESSORIES FOR INSPECTOR GENERAL OF POLICE BALLARI RANGE, BALLARI, KARNATAKA STATE

Towards past performance: The bidder or the OEM directly or through their other dealers/distributors should have satisfactorily supplied supplied Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV/Drone) during last 3 years 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25 either in single or multiple orders to any of the Government Department/ Government Undertaking/ Government Organization in India as below 1.Bidders in case of MSE Manufacturers(OEM) : Not less than 45percentage of the tendered Quantity 2.Bidders other than MSE Manufacturer or Dealers/distributors : Not less than 90percentage of the tendered Quantity

a)The bidder should be the Original Product Manufacturer (OEM) or an authorized dealer of the OEM with a minimum 1 year experience in supply of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV/Drone) directly or through their dealers to any of the Government Department/ Organization/ Undertaking in the India

a)The bidder shall have fully functional Registered Office in Karnataka, as on the date of Bid submission. b) thebidder should have a support office/Service Centres in Bengaluru, as on the date of tender submission. Details of support office/Service Centres in Bengaluru, along with complete escalation matrix and Response time as per Annexure E. Certificate of GST Registration shall be submitted. c) The OEM should have a Service Centre in Bengaluru.

The product offered shall have DGCA approval

a)The bidder should agree for warranty for a minimum period of 3 years from the date of supply and acceptance by the procuring entity for all the supplies. The Warranty should carry service and maintenance, replacement of Product / hardware / spares free of cost due to manufacturing defect With regard to Batteries, the warranty shall be extended for 3 years or 500 battery charging cycles (whichever is earlier) a)The bidder should provide adequate spares and service support during the period of Warranty b)Critical Spares which are damage prone and require frequent replacement due to accident/abuse shall be provided along with the price list.c)Ensure availability of service/spares/software upgrades/firmware upgrades for at least next 10 years for the products offered from the date of Supply

The Bidder should undertake that the System/Software supplied by the vendor is genuine and does not contain used or any refurbished parts.b)The bidder should undertake that the following components are manufactured in India.i)Drone flight controllerii)Motors and Electronic speed controlleriii)Navigation lightsiv)GPS modulesv)All plastic, carbon fiber and metal items used in frames, mounts and brackets etc,.c)The bidder / OEM should not have been debarred/blacklisted by any State Government, Central Government, Central & State Govt. Undertakings/ enterprises/ Organizations and by any other Quasi Government bodies/ Organizations, World Bank / Govt E-Marketing Portal or any major Enterprise / Organizationin India for non-satisfactory performance, corrupt & Fraudulent or any other unethical business practices, not meeting critical conditions/security clearance etc.d)The bidder should not be under liquidation court receivership or similar proceedings and should not be bankrupt

The Products offered by the bidder shall meet the specification as per Appendix I of the Bid Document.

The bidder from such countries sharing a land border with India will be eligible to participate only if the bidder is registered with the Competent Authority as per the Directions of the Ministry of Finance Government of India.

The Bidder/OEM shall possess and operate a DGCA Certified Remote Pilot Training Institute
