Repair/replacement of rusted MS/ PS Overhead tanks incl connected works

Taking out unserviceable MS /PS sheet tanks from existing position after dismentling and disconnecting all inlet and outlet connections and deposited to Engr Store yard Dimapur complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioing of SMC panel tank of capacity (40000Ltrs) confirming to IS 14399 part- (1&2) : 1996 and IS 4249:1967 of size 5Lx4Bx2H complete all as specified and directed Make : Sovisy or equivalent. Note : SMC panel tanks for water storage as conforming to IS 14399: 1996 and material to be confirming as per IS 4249: 1967 for fire retardant , required capacity of suitable size including fixing and assembling/erecting the tank complete as per direction of Engineering-in-Charge. The tanks to be leak proof after installation and having following specifications, Standard Non-insulated SMC panels Hot pressed molded UV stabilized made from sheet molding compounds (SMC) composing of glass fiber and formulation of selected resin. The size of panel should be : Roof panels : 1000x1000mm side panel : 500x1000mm, 1000x1000mm, 1000x1500mm and 1000x2000mm bottom panels : convex shape 1000x1000mm drain panel 1000x1000mm at bottom for complete drain of water manhole panel dia, 600mm lockable lid of hot pressed molded made out of SMC , non toxic PVC foam sealant gasket sealant tape: 3mm thick with high level of resistance to ageing and superior recovery from compression. Fasteners utilized for the panel joints of 8.8 grade steel HDG bolts , nuts M12x40mm external reinforcement 'C' channel at every 1 meter except in the corner of sheet with anti corrosive paint and it is with top external tie rods. (if tank height is more than 1 meter) internal roof supports should be of FRP/GRP 5mm thick hollow square section, Air vent dia 100mm with mosquito proof mesh insect proof. Aluminum body water level indicator with clear tube type and brass nozzle (for tank height more than 1 meter) internal FRP ladder with wall mounting arrangement outside. Complete fixing of inlet/outlet/overflow/drain should be GI flange type with 9" long nipple. Incl all civil wk, machine welding wk and rate is deemend to silver paint of staze of MS/PS Overhead tank etc included in this estimate all as directed.
