REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF UNSERVICEABLE LT/OH UG CABLE NETWORK AND ALLIED WORKS AT AFS MOHANBARI UNDER GE (AF) MOHANBARI.

Amount

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth; for trench of cable etc and getting out in Soft/loose soil, making the surface plain complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.50 m wide but exc 1.50 m in deep for laying of under ground cable, poles and stay assembles in soft loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in Soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for disconnecting unservicable under ground LT cable of any size/type from existing pole or building or any location including removing of dismentalled material from work site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Laying LT under ground XLPE cable of size 10 sqmm, 2 core including testing and commissioning insulated, screened, PVC bedded, armoured steel strip or wire armoured, electric cable (heavy duty) with multistranded aluminium conductor,1100 Volts grade in trenches/on wall/poles laid in ducts/inside protection pipe including cable glands,lugs and suitable size of MS saddle clips (where ever cable laid in ceilings / walls without cable duct) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Excavation,sand cushioning,brick will be measured and paid separtely.

Supply and Laying sand coarse dry as in cushioning of underground electric cable in trenches, laid to a uniform thickness of 23 cm (15cm under the cable & 8cm over the cable) and gently punned down to 18 cm thickness all complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Only punned down sand shall be measured.

Material and labour for well burnt bricks having crushing strength 75 kg/sqcm best quality locally available laid flat, dry in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Relaying of old good condition bricks over sand cushioning laid for UG cable protection complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing in repairs 40 mm bore, galvanised mild steel pipe /tubing, light grade complete with all fittings, laid in trenches / under roads, fixed to poles/ walls with Mild steel clamps , bolts , nuts and washers complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Excavation & Earth work shall be measured and paid separately)

All as per item No.16 above but 50 mm bore

All as per item No.16 above but 80 mm bore

Material and labour for heat shrinkable straight through joints size 16 sqmm to 50 sqmm 4 core/ 3.5 core (epoxy type) for LT PVC/XLPE insulated armoured aluminium conductor cable including jointing and testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note for Item no. 19 & 20 :- Cutting of faulty cable/joint is deemed to be included in the above quoted rates.

All as per Item No. 19 above but size 70 sqmm to 150 sqmm 3.5 core

Supply and fixing in replacement MCCB 4 Pole 200 Amps 25 KA breaking capacity, 415Volts, AC 50 Hz, with overload and thermal tripping features, Icu 100% complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: Any minor addition/alteration to panel required for fixing of above MCCB in place of old u/s deemed to included in above quoted rate.)

Supply and fixing in replacement MCCB 4 Pole 250 Amps 25 KA breaking capacity, 415Volts, AC 50 Hz, with overload and thermal tripping features, Icu 100% complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.(Note: Any minor addition/alteration to panel required for fixing of above MCCB in place of old u/s deemed to included in above quoted rate.)

Supply and fixing in replacement MCCB 4 Pole 400 Amps 36 KA breaking capacity, 415Volts,AC 50 Hz, with overload and thermal tripping features, Icu 100% complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: Any minor addition/alteration to panel required for fixing of above MCCB in place of old u/s deemed to included in above quoted rate.)

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for foundation of poles, stay complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4), using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, as in pedestal coping including necessary formwork finished fair using extra cement .complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for stay assembly with accessories in replacement as shown in electrical plate No.1 including 20 mm dia rod, loop type insulator and stay clamps complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Excavation and concrete will be measured and paid separately.

Taking down old unserviceable Earthing pit of any type with accessories including removing of demolished material from work site at any distance out side MD land complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground( earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below normal ground level )with the top edges of plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below normal ground level connected to GI wire 4mm by means of GI nuts, bolts check nuts and washers earth lead protected by 15mm dia GI pipe light grade and connected to main distribution board/earthing test point all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR part 1 and all as specified including testing on completion. Notes:-The unit rate also including for excavation, earth work in any type of strata, plain cement concrete 1:3:6 mix, Type C1 pit, 40mm thick RCC 1:2:4 mix , type B1 cover reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @150mm C/C both ways ,GI funnel with GI watering pipe 20mm dia med gde ,wire mesh, protection pipe 15mm dia GI pipe light gde for earth lead upto 7.50m long complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- If the desired earth resistance is not found, earthing shall be redone by the contractor at no extra cost to the department.

Material and labour for Earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 3.15mm, thick burried directly in vertically to a depth of not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level connected to copper strip of size 20mm x 3 mm thick by means of nut bolts and washers made out of galvanised iron mild steel and 50 mm dia GI pipe "light grade" for protection of earth lead and connected to control board or transformer neutral earth or as directed by Engr-in-charge incl earthing pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1 pre cast cover PCC cover slab of size 540X540X50 mm RCC (1:2:4) with 8 mm dia bar @150 C/C 20 mm dia GI pipe light grade for watering funnel , wire mesh and provided charcoal or coke of alternative layers of 15 cm incl necessary earth work complete shown in electrical plated No 3 including testing on completion. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- If the desired earth resistance is not found, earthing shall be redone by the contractor at no extra cost to the department.

Supply and installation in replacement of steel tubular swaged poles type 410 SP-31 (9 meter long) complete with CI base plate and finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws including Dismantaling of old poles complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Excavation, earth work and PCC will be measured and paid separately.

Cutting of road/hard standing to a size of 60cm in width and not exec 90cm in depth for laying of protection pipe/water line/Cable including returining filling , spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers and providing PCC in 1:2:4 type B1 for the top 100mm thick using 20mm graded stone aggregate after the pipes /cables are laid complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
