Supply and installation of Gabion units of 1 m height made of mechanically woven, double twisted, hexagonal shaped steel wire mesh as per IS 16014:2018, MoRTH clause 2500 of required sizes, Mesh type 10x12 with mesh opening tolerances -10% to +10%, Mesh wire dia 2.7/3.7mm(ID/OD),(Zn + Polymer coated), mechanically edged/selvedged ,with partition at 1 m interval and shall have minimum 10 numbers of mesh openings per meter of mesh perpendicular to twist,tying with lacing wire of diameter 2.2/3.2 mm (ID/OD), placing at indicated places in dry condition at easily accessible location including supply and filling of stones as per direction of Engineer including tools, plant, labour etc. complete in all respect, carrying the material from nearest approach with all leads & lifts, manpower & machinery, materials, labour etc. complete all as specfied, shown on drawing and as directed.

Supply and installation of 0.3 m thick Gabion Mattresses made of mechanically woven, double twisted, hexagonal shaped steel wire mesh, Mesh type 6X8 as per IS 16014:2018, Mesh wire dia 2.2 / 3.2 mm (ID/OD ), Zn+ Polymer coated,Mechanically edged/selvedged, with partition at 1 m interval , tying with lacing wire of diameter 2.2/3.2 mm (ID/OD), placing at indicated places in dry condition including supply and filling of stones at easily accessible location as per direction of Engineer including tools, plant, labour etc. complete in all respect, carrying the material from nearest approach with all leads & lifts, manpower & machinery, materials, labour etc. complete all as specfied, shown on drawing and as directed.

Supply and Installation of Self Drilling Anchors (should conform to BSEN-10083-1) of 32 mm diameter, yield load > 230 kN, nut, washer plate, coupler for connecting bars,drill bit with suitable corrision protection coating and full length grouting, with admixture including all ancillary items for anchoring for surface and Cruciform consolidation units etc. complete all as specfied, shown on drawing and as directed for SDA-on three dimensional erosion control mat- above top road (1mtrs long).

Supply and Installation of Self Drilling Anchors (should conform to BSEN-10083-1) of 32 mm diameter, yield load > 230 kN, nut, washer plate, coupler for connecting bars,drill bit with suitable corrision protection coating and full length grouting, with admixture including all ancillary items for anchoring for surface and Cruciform consolidation units etc. complete all as specfied, shown on drawing and as directed for SDA-For cruciform shaped horizontal consolidation unit’s foundation(10mtrs long).

Supply and installation of double corrosion-protected multi strand prestressed cable anchors with initial prestress load > 1094kN (with min 6 no.s of 15.2 mm dia strands with breaking load per mono strand of 260.7 kN) and drill hole dia of 150 mm with full length grouting in two phases (grout length for prestress varies from 15% to 30%), protective sheath for exposed part above the anchor head, centrallizers, including all ancillary items for anchoring, grouting and stressing on the slope surface along with casing (if required) for drilling in collapsible strata complete all as specfied, shown on drawing and as directed. NOTE : The main component of prestressed anchor is 07-wire prestressing strand which shall conforming to IS:14268.

Supply and installation of three dimensional erosion control mat made of polypropylene polymer of mass per unit area 450 gm / sqm extruded on to a mechanically woven double twisted hexagonal shaped steel wire mesh (as per EN 10223-3) made up of 2.7mm dia having a combined mass per unit area of the composite more than 2000 gm/sqm. Steel wire and mesh type 8 x 10 having Zn-Al 5% coating Class A as per EN 10244-2 longitudinally weaved with steel cable of 8 mm diameter at a spacing of 1.0 m. The composite shall have a longitudinal tensile strength of min 70 kN/m. Including all necessary accessories like U pins etc. as and if required for erosion control mats in place complete all as specfied, shown on drawing and as directed.

Supply and installation of Cruciform consolidation units of size 3.1m (height) X 3.6m (width) made of HE 120B steel beams or above connected to steel tubular tie by flexible universal ball joint having breaking load greater than 300kN, tubular tie connected to anchor and having rhomboidal wire rope panel made of 8mm diameter wire rope of mesh size 300 mm x 300mm with steel wire double knot connection at joint and mechanically woven double twisted hexagonal shaped Zn coated wire mesh panel attached in front to the cruciform frame with 8 steel cable ties, complete all as specfied, shown on drawing and as directed.

Supply and installation of GREEN FASCIA UNITS 3m x 3m x 0.8m (LxBxH) with Biodegradable erosion control banket and welded mesh panel and integrated tail as secondary reinforcement of length 2m that is made of mechanically woven, double twisted, hexagonal shaped wire mesh, Mesh type 10x12, having D=100mm with tolerance of +/-2%, wire dia ID/OD 2.7/3.7mm, Zn+Polymer coated, MoRTH specification No 3100 complete all as specfied and as directed.

Supplying and laying drainage composite for use behind walls, between two different fills, alongside and below drains of road, below concrete lining of canals etc.having three dimensional composite with thermobonding a draining core having “W” configuration in extruded monofilaments of minimum thickness 7.2mm, with two filtering UV stabilized polypropylene nonwoven geotextile of minimum thickness of 0.75mm charactersitic opening size (O90) of 110 micron and tensile strength of 8.0 kN/m that will be working as separation or protecting layer, Geocomposite having in plane flow capacity of 2.1 L / (m.s) at hydraulic gradient of 1.0 & 20 kPa pressure and tensile strength of 18 kN/m, with mass per unit area of 740 gsm, having minimum creep reduction factor of 1.15 for 100 years life at 100 kPa, at easily accessible location including top and bottom, with all leads and lifts, manpower and machinery, materials, labour etc. complete as specified, shown of drawing and as directed. NOTE : The drainage composit shall comply to IRC 34 and MoRTH specifications.

Providing and fixing subsurface drainage hole (horizontal / inclined) in the slope with and including perforated PVC pipe (lined with non- woven geo textile) of 50 mm internal diameter by drilling and inserting the perforated PVC pipe as per the drawings etc. complete all as specfied and as directed. NOTE : Non-woven geo textile shall be measured and paid separately under Item No. 16.

Providing and placing drainage pipes behind the reinfiorced soil structure with and including perforated PVC pipe (lined with Non -woven Geotextile) of 160 mm internal diameter by placing the perforated PVC pipe complete all as specfied and as directed. NOTE : Non-woven geo textile shall be measured and paid separately under Item No. 16.

Supply and installation of polyester needle punched non woven geotextile as filter media behind Gabion/Reinforced soil wall, behind gabion wall, as per MoRTH 700 Type-III geotextile. The width of geotextile roll shall not be less than 4.5 m, at easily accessible location including top and bottom, with all leads and lifts, manpower and machinery, materials, labour etc. complete all as specfied and as directed. NOTE : Non-woven geo textile shall be type-III as per MoRTH (Fifth Revision) Clause 700.

Supply and installation of polyester needle punched non woven geotextile as filter media below Gabion mattress and wrapped around PVC pipe, as per MoRTH 700 Type-I geotextile. The width of geotextile roll shall not be less than 4.5 m, at easily accessible location including top and bottom, with all leads and lifts, manpower and machinery, materials, labour etc. complete all as specfied and as directed.

Providing and application of hydraulically applied erosion control products by means of hydroseeding/ hydromulching on the hill side and valley side slope surface for erosion control by means of vegetation including safety, all other ancillary works, material, machinery, labour, etc., with all leads and lifts and as per detailed technical specifications and as directed by Engineer - In - Charge. (Biotic Soil Media (BSM) - a combination of recycled Thermally RefinedR bark and wood fibers with a proprietary blend of biopolymers, biochar, seaweed extract, humic acid, endomycorrhizae and other beneficial constituents. All components of the Biotic Soil Media blend shall be of naturally derived and renewable, and engineered to optimize moisture retention, growth and establishment of vegetation & High Performance-Flexible Growth Medium, 100% biodegradable, composed of 100% recycled, thermally refined (within a pressurized vessel) virgin wood fibers, crimped interlocking biodegradable fibers, mineral activators, and wetting agents (including high-viscosity colloidal polysaccharides, cross-linked biopolymers and water absorbents) .Total quantity needed will be 0.5 Kg HPFGM & 0.5 Kg of BSM to cover 1 Sq.m of surface area.) complete all as specfied, shown on drawing and as directed. NOTE : Biotic soil media shall conform to ASTM D 5268.

Excavation over areas, in hill side cutting, in any type of soil, not exc 1.5mtrs deep and getting out complete all as specfied and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide or not exceeding 10 SQM on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m deep in any type of soil and getting out complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials to a distance exceeding 02 Km but not exceeding 3.00 Km and depositing where directed complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item No. 19.02 above but exceeding 07 Km and not exceeding 08 Km.

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete M-15 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling, PCC lining, mass concrete etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete M-25 (using 20mm gradded aggregate) as in nail head for pre-stressed anchor and mass conctete complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE : Approximate size for RCC in nail head shall be 01m x 01m x 0.50 m each.)

Surfaces excavation in any type of soil not exc. 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out and removing the debries off the site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing and fixing steel fibre reinforced shotcrete of thickness 50 millimeter + 50 millimeter complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT bars 6mm to 8mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT bars 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders, cut to length, bent to shape required and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; beams, slabs, walls, columns, edges of concrete and similar work; vertical or to batter, and obtain even and fair finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and installing lined sub surface drainage (Horizontal/Inclined) in slope (long drains suitable for colapsible strata) drilling of 110-150mm holes and inserting with and including perforated PVC pipe 110mm dia. complete all as specfied, shown on drawing and as directed.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete M-25 (using 20mm gradded aggregate) as in RCC box Culvert complete all as specified, shown on drawing and directed.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete M-25 (using 20mm gradded aggregate) as in cladding in walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Formwork to sides and soffits of RCC Box Culvert, even and fair finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying welded mesh of maximuum opening size 100mm x 100mm, and dia of wire 3.4mm with weight not less than 1.5 Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and directed.
