Taking down carefully Copper/aluminium point wiring on wooden batten /pvc conduit /Pvc casing and capping (light/Socket/Power) complete including (Fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets electric energy meters, light fittings, etc to be measured separately) removing materials to store and making good distrubed surfaces of walls. Floors etc to match with the existing including disconnection of ceiling/exhaust fan connection, complete all as specifed and directed by Engr-in charge.

Taking out existing sub main wiring of any description and size including earth wire incld wooden battens/ conduits/quities from stone/brick masonry walls, roofs, floors, etc. all as directed by Engr-In- Charge.

M& L Point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper condutor single core cable 1100 volts grade FRLSH ISI marked drawn through and including heavy duty non metalic PVC conduit, ISI marked of not less than 20 mm dia, thickness 1.8 mm, concealed in wall, roof, etc, with all connected fittings including pressed steel terminal boxes, etc. suitable for mounting modular switches, sockets etc and including FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded single core copper conductor cable of size 1.5 sq mm green in colour as in earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly and all metal parts of fittings as specified and directed for the following:- Note:- Switches , sockets, ceiling rose, regulators etc shall be measured and paid separately. Note : (i) Two runs of copper conductor cable and one run of copper earth wire including PVC conduit will be measured and paid as one unit only. (ii). Suitable size cable lugs copper fabricated will be measured in the quoted rate only. (iii). Supply and fix in replacement PVC insulator along with screws, accessories on wall, roof etc suitable for fixing aluminium strip of size 25x3 mm complete including taking down on old unsv insulators complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement air termination single pointed aluminium rod 12 mm dia, 300 mm long fixed complete as specified and as directed. Note : Cost of PCC block will be measured and paid separately Cost of minor job and spares required for fixing of aluminium rod on PCC block & for fixing Aluminium strip to rod is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Supply and fix in replacement galvanized iron strip of size 32x 6 mm to be fixed on wall or to be laid in ground , complete all as specified and including taking down from any position and any places and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fix in replacement fix aluminium strip 25x3 mm to be fixed on PVC insulators with fixing screws on roof, wall including down conductors strip etc, and taking down of old aluminum conductor srtip from any position and places all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and removing old unserviceable earthing and material and labour for earthing complete wih galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6.00 mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth of not less than 1.5 m below ground level connected to and including galvanized iron earth strip of size 32x6 mm by means of bolts, nuts , chucknut, and washer etc , made of GI and connecting to earth test point all as shown as electrical plate to 5 of SSR Pt -1 2009 an as specified or indicated and testing on completion including earth work and excavation in any type of soil PCC (1:3:6) type C-I earthing chamber, precast RCC slab 50 mm thick in cement concrete (:) type B1 reinforced with welded steel wire fabricated weight not less than 4 Kg/ Sqm . Funnel with GI watering pipe 20 mm bore medium grade wire mesh test point etc , complete all as specified.

Supply and fix in replacement test point terminal block made of Gun Metal or phosphrus bronze of size 75 x 75 x 25 mm drilled & screwed including 03 Nos 8mm dia 25mm long hex head screw including taking out all broken test point terminals from any position and any places complete all as specified.

Demolition and taking out old damaged earth pit PCC chamber with cover. M& L for preparation of new PCC chamber in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 cover duly reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 Kg/sqm and CI frame and other provisions all as shown electrical plate No-3 of SSR-2009 Part-I complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil n exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out including forming bottom to required level or slope for laying pipes / laying of cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning filling in soft / loose soil including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in 25 cm thick layers complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance n exc in 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for sand cushioning (dry sand) to underground cable for cable protection 23 cm thick in two layers (8 cm thick before laying of cables and 15 cm thick after laying the cable and punning down the sand to 18 cm thickness.). Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note:- Only punned thickness 18 cm of sand shall be measured for payment purposes).

M&L precast concrete cable cover, class LV, type 1 with peak, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all as specified.

M & L Earthing complete by using GI wire as earthing lead and MS galvanized earth plate of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 6.3 mm as earth electrode surrounded by charcoal and salt, buried directly in ground vertically in pit of depth not less than 2.25 meter below the ground with top edge of the earth plate at a depth of less than 1.5 mtr below ground level surounded from all sides with mixture of charcoal dust and common salt in alternate layers and electrode connected to galvanized iron wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, checknuts and washers of galvanised iron connected iron connected to main switch board or main control board all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR 1991. M&L 40mm dia light grade galvanised pipe with all fitting laying in trenches /passing through roads alongwith cutting and making surface good with existing surface complete all as specified and as directed.
