Providing and fixing workstation / Study carrel for single person seating capacity (Size : Length 1000 mm X Width 600 mm X Height 1200 mm) made of Rubber wood. Table top shall be 24 mm thick, side verticals/ horizontal supports 18 mm thick wood panels. Both side of the study carrel 1200 mm height partition to be fixed and 450 mm height from the table top, After completing the carpentry works all the visible area will be sanding by N. 60 & 80 wood sanding paper and apply Sheenlac / Berger make Filler with mixing of NCD thinner ( Sheenlac / Berger make), then pasting chock putty on the shabby / nailing area which will be sanding with No. 120 sanding paper, thereafter apply sheenlac / berger make then cutting with No. 320 sanding paper. Once complete the above said process shall spray Melamine polish of Berger / Sheenlac make then sanding with No. 400 paper. Finally will apply silicon with soft Banyan Cloth for between shinning/ finishing. All complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 24mm thick superior quality chemically pressure treated edge glued finger jointed rubber wood frame work/rubber wood runner (beam) (Rubco haut wood of equivalent make) of size 50mX25mm fixed at 300mm c/c horizontally and 600mm c/c vertically by secrete nailing with brass screws duly fixed to wall including provision of designed rubwood beading ontop and bottom termination of wooden boarding (Wall panelling) and finished with two coats of melamine polish over a coat of honey/natural colour wood filler putty etc, including preparation and applying sand paper and finishing to a glossy matt finish etc complete.

Providing and fixing file storage unit /cabinet with rubber wood (Rubco huat wood or equivalent) shutters & outer frame and inside partition, shelves in 18mm thick rubber wood with necessary screws & bright finished brass hinges 100 mm brass handles, magnetic catcher in cabinet & finished with 2 coats of melamine polishing over a coat of honey / natural colour, wood filler putty etc. including preparation & applying sand paper & finishing to a glossy matt finish as per ISO specification complete. the sample brand to be used shall be approved / decided by the EIC (Measurement to be paid for front face in sqm as per the drawing)

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick, 150 mm wide pelmet of rubber wood, including top cover of 12 mm rubber wood, stainless steel pipe 20 mm dia ( heavy type) curtain rod with stainless steel brackets, 03 Nos nickel plated pelmet hanging brackets including fixing with PVC grip and screws, finishing with rubbing by sand paper and applying melamine polish in two or more coats etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
