Manning and operation for Power House 11 KV electrical sub station (MRS), VCBs, coupler bus bar and related ACBs including rectifying HT/LT fault and operation of DG set along with it's control panel, DC and AC, AMF Panel including rectifyng fault of DG set by deploying skilled manpower to operate installed machinery round the clock, seven days a week incl Sunday/holiday (in three shift of 8 Hrs each) :- (a) First Shift-0600 Hrs to 1400 Hrs -One DG operator and one electrician (b) Second shift-1400Hrs to 2200Hrs- One DG operator and one electrician (c ) Third Shift -2200Hrs to 0600Hrs - One DG operator and one electrician Details of machinery installed in sub station are as under :- (a) HT VCB incommer cap 630 A -02 Each (b) VCB outgoing -05 Each (c ) Busbar coupler cap - 01 Each (d) ACB Panel -36 Each

(e) DG Sets :- (i) 750 KVA -03 Each(ii) 160 KVA -01 Each (f) UPS :- (i) 6 KVA with related Bty -01 Each (ii) 60 KVA with related Bty -01 Each Note . (i) Contractor shall submit the nominal roll alongwith their qualification certificate of manpower to be deployed within 5 days of acceptance, after Rs. 500/- per shift shall be recovered. (ii) ITI pass in the field of Diesel mechanic from recognized institute or 10 Pass with 5 Year experience in maintenance and operation of DG sets (iii) ITI pass in the field of Electrician from recognized institute or 10 Pass with 5 Year experience in maintenance and operation of Electrical plants.(iv) Engr-in-Charge will interview of the person to be deployed for operation of HT/LT panel and DG set AMF panel. (v) Contractor will ensure attendance of all manpower shift wise if any operator found absent from duty a sum of Rs.2000/- per shift shall be recovered from the contractor. (vi) All necessary T&P for attending/recifying the related HT/LT and DG complaint shall be provided by the contractor to the operators at no extra cost. The rates for the same is deemed to be included in the unit rates of the items.

(vii) The contractor will provide of all the necessary stationery such as log book ,attendance register etc to the the operator for maintenance the plant running record. (viii) Suitable reliever to be provided during off shift. Reliver shall be report to substation before 30 miniutes sarting of shift and present operator not to leave the shift without report of reliver. (ix) Contractor will submit the payment proof i.e. passbook of bank account at the time of submission of RAR. (x) All operator shall wear proper uniform, failing which a recovery of Rs 200/- per shift shall be recovered. (xi) Diesel for running the DG set shall be issued free for filling in the DG set . (xi) The electrician must be capable to do any type of work related to HT /LT fault. (xii) The DG operator must capable to do any type of work related to DG set up to cap 750KVA.

Manning and operation for waste recycling machine including rectifying fault and operation of along with it's control panel, and connected item by deploying skilled manpower to operate installed machinery in two shift of 8 Hrs, seven days a week incl Sunday/holidayas under :- (a) First Shift-0600 Hrs to 1400 Hrs -One Operator (b) Second shift-1400Hrs to 2200Hrs- One Operator

M&L for periodical and preventive maintenance of the following DG Set installation installed in MS building for daily, weekly, monthly, quaterly and half yearly as per periodical schedule given in PS. (i) DG Set 750 KVA, 3 phase, four wire 415 Volts 50 Hz, water cooled silence type along with AMF panel, automatic DC voltage charger 24 volt (two circuit) and control panel with on load changeover front operated - 03 Nos. (ii) DG Set 160 KVA 3 phase four wire 415 Volts 50 Hz water cooled silence type along with AMF panel, automatic DC voltage charger 24 volt (two circuit) and control panel with on load changeover front operated. -01 No (iii) Outdoor type cooling tower of capacity upto 70 TR along with GI pipe inlet, outlet, centrifugal pump - 04 Nos (iv) Diesel Tank Capacity upto 1000 ltr with 04 Nos diesel pump and line. (v) Battery 12 Volt DC 180 AH for cranking of DG set engine - 16 Nos (vi) Induced draught motor mounted on the roof of the canopy operated in 3 phase 440/415 Volt capacity 5 HP with control panel. (vii)Engine oil cooling circulating pump operated DOL starter 440/ 415 Volt 50 Hz.

Cleaning of fuel tank made of MS sheet of 750 KVA DG Set of 1000 ltr capacity approx by draining out fuel in a separate container, taking out silt/dirt deposition inside the tank, cleaning it completely by manual labour and necessary T&P and refitting and connecting with fuel pipes with DG sets all as per site requirement and directed.

All as per Ser Item No. 4.00 here-in-before but 160 KVA DG Set of 360 ltrs capacity all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per Ser Item No. 4.00 here-in-before but fire engine of 100 ltrs capacity all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for servicing DG sets of capacity 750 KVA (Cummins) by OEM i.e. authorised dealer cleaning the fixed and moving all parts, removing dust particles and applying grease/jelly to moving mechanism and moving parts, tightening nut bolts of all the components and replace fuel filters, oil filters, Air filters, Nuts, bolts & washers complete testing with putting on full load all as directed at site.

M&L for servicing DG sets of capacity 160 KVA (Kirloskar) by OEM i.e. authorised dealer cleaning the fixed and moving all parts, removing dust particles and applying grease/jelly to moving mechanism and moving parts, tightening nut bolts of all the components and replace fuel filters, oil filters, Air filters, Nuts, bolts & washers complete testing with putting on full load all as directed at site.

M&L for servicing diesel fire engine of capacity 140 BHP, Model 680 ALU by OEM i.e. authorised dealer cleaning the fixed and moving all parts, removing dust particles and applying grease/jelly to moving mechanism and moving parts, tightening nut bolts of all the components and replace fuel filters, oil filters, Air filters, Nuts, bolts & washers complete testing with putting on full load all as directed at site. Note: For item 7 to 9 (i) Engine oil shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of schedule.

Supply only new lubricating oil for top-up and replacement of engine oil to 750 KVA DG Set No. I & II, 160 KVA set and fire engine (Make Volvoline, Grade SAE 15W40, API CH-4) all as directed.

Supply only battery SMF 12 Volt, 180AH capacity Make Exide Express or equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply only battery charger suitable for 750 KVA DG set with charging capacity 48 Volt DC Make- TEKNIKA/ Kirloskar/ Exide.

Supply only battery lead with stranded copper conductor of size 95/70 sqmm single core PVC insulated flexible 0.6 M long along with battery terminal for negative and stator terminal duly soldered all as directed. Note:- (for item No.10.00 to 13.00 Fixing/ Installing/ Testing and Commissioning of Items Ser. No. 10.00 to 13.00 will be carried out under Preventive Maintenance against Ser Item No. 3

M&L for dismantling electrically operated three phase 415 Volts 5 HP electric motor from vertical multistage centrifugal pump of RO plant carrying to workshop, opening the same and rewinding with super enammeled copper winding wire of same gauge, varinshing and replacing paper insulation materials, replacing bearings, gasket and worn out nut, bolts, washers etc. Reassembling the motor and refixing at site its original position. Testing on load complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item Ser No. 14.00 here-in-before but of capacity 2 HP

M&L for dismantling defective vertical multistage centrifugal pump from motor of capacity 5 HP, carrying to workshop, opening the same and replacing impeller, gun metal bush, gasket, gland packing, primary cock, stud etc. Testing on load complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item Ser No. 16.00 here-in-before but of capacity 2 HP

Attending breakdown/ inspection of 3000 LPH Capacity RO Plant (Make: Eukawa) by Sevice Engineer of OEM to check the serviceability and repalcement of any parts related to breakdown complete all as specified and directed. Note: (a) Spares for replacement shall be measured and paid separately. (b) A sum of Rs. 1000/- will be recovered in case of not attending breakdown by service engineer within 24 hrs.

S&F in replacement of single phase preventer 415 volts, suitable for 3 phase supply as per existing make & model complete all as specified and direced.

S&F in replacement of water pressure gauge of capacity 0 to 7 psi and 0 to 100 Kg/sq cm rating as per existing make and model complete all as specified and directed. Note for Item Ser No 17 to 34: - Fixing of these items shall be covered and deemed to included in quoted rate of Item Ser No.18.00

M&L for opening & removing membrane (03 Nos) from the housing of 3000 LPH RO Plant and carried out Chemical Washing by using high power antiscalent powder & liquid. Removing sand & carbon media from the vessels and cleaning the same for dirt and silt, refilling carbon and sand media into the vessels, refixing membranes after chemical washing and drying back to its housing complete all as specified and as directed. Note: - Chemical Washing to be carried out once in every 6 Months as per normal conditions recommended by OEM.
