Taking down chowkats or frame with shutters(without taking off shutters from the frame not exceeding 1.50 sqm each & removing to store all as specified and directed by Engineer - in-Charge.

Taking down chowkats with shutters(without taking off shutters from the frame exceeding 1.50 sqm each but not exceeding 4 sqm) removing to store all as specified and directed by Engineer - in-Charge.

S&F factory made solid PVC door shutter 30mm thick(style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for bottom and top rails. MS frame shall be covered heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail& bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling for plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and jointed together with solvent cement, suppling and fixing in the frame at the site as per specification.

Dismantling of Brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layer on roofs including cement mortar.

M & L rendering 15mm thick water proofing plaster in CM 1:3 on slab / roof admixed including and with Dr. Fixit pidilite LW+@ 200 ml per bag of cement.

M & L cement concrete flooring type B0 1:2:4 using 12.5 mm graded aggregate on roof slab all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of roof top surfaces, providing and applying UV stable single component smart care damp proof ultra is a fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid applied water proofing membrane formulated with PU hybrid polymers and reinforcing acrylics fibres and having SRI of 106 on top of concrete roof surface in three coats including self primer at ratio pf damp proof and water 3:1 and coverage @ 1 Ltr /10 sqm with a thickness of 650micron Note: 6 Hrs interval between two coats will be maintain& the work will be carried out through company applcator duly got approved from Accepting officer in writing before incorporation and paid only after receiving of the warrenty certificate from the company. Make : Asian paint or equivalent as approved by GE Note : The treatment shall be carried out by authorised applicator approved by GE as per the manufacturer instructions.

M & L Endura Cool roof tiles 300 x 300 x 10 mm white vitrified water absorption < 0.5% SRI >90 (ASTME 1980, EN673 and En 411) BEPL (Building energy perfoance laboratory ) certified laid over screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick CM (1:4) all as Specified.

M & L PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 , using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges and similar work all as specified and as directed.

M&L machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20mm thick in single piece over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing,polishing and chamfering the edges of steps inculding screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick CM (1:6)all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for kota stone slab flooring 18-20mm thick in single piece in riser of steps,skirting,dado and pillar laid and jointed with grey cement mixed with pgment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete inculding screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick CM (1:6)all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L 18- 20mm thick granite (of any type ) work (table rubbed and polished ) in cooking platform and like in cm (1:4) and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including cutting and moulding the edges half round on exposed side complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolation of ashlar facings, dressed stone work, stone slabs or tiles from paving and precast concrete blocks and articles all as specified.& directed by Engineer -in-charge..

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster from brick walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc.

M & L 10mm thick rendering in Cement Mortar 1:3 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

M & L rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 finished even & smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

M&L Washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand ) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand : 2 pigmented stone chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings .complete all as specified (Payment for providing grooves shall be made separately).

Forming groove of uniform size 15mm wide and 15mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden attens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete as per specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-charge

M & L applying three coat of white wash on newly plastered or unplastered ceiling surfaces including preperation of surfaces, complete all as specified.

M & L Preparation of newly plastered surfaces by applying two coats of interior grade wall putty and making it smooth with sand paper by mechanical method i.e. with hand electric grinder then applying two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat of cement primer including all as specified by mechanical method i.e. spray gun all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down carefully existing aluminium/Copper point wiring light, fan socket or power bell complete with fitting such as sockets, ceiling roses, pendants batten holders regulators socket, call bells & making good to the disturbed surfaces of walls, matching the colour with existing Surface all as spd and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Rate for making good shall be deemed to be included in above item rate.

Taking down unserviceable main switches and MCB distribution boards single phase complete all as specified by Engineer-In-Charge
