Material and Labour for Taking down carefully the Split type Air conditioner Indoor/Out door units of capacity 1.5/2.0 Ton with Voltage stabilizer of capacity 3/4/5 KVA comlete all accessories (brackest,Nut bolts and Washers), from existing installed position and refixing the same without any damage any leaking of refrigerant, testing & arresting the leakages in condenser coil by brazing etc complete all as specified & directed. Note :- Gas Charging shall be mesasured and paid separately under relavent item

Material and Labour for complete servicing after pumping down Indoor/outdoor units of split AC complete by cleaning condenser/ Evaporator coil with air blower, wet servicing of condenser coil unit with caustic soda etc, replacement of sheet metal screws wherever necessary applying oil in fan motor bushes checking and rectifying the wiring defects, proper setting of thermostat & other electrical/ Refrigerent controls, cleaning the air filter, connecting up all connections and testing after gas charging if required all as directed for Split type Air Conditioner up to 1.5/2.0 Ton. Note :- The rate deemed includes for minor spares

Material and Labour for charging of refrigerant gas F-22 / R-22 /R-32 / R-134A to the Split type air conditioner after vaccumising the complete system & pressure test with nitrogen to ensure complete system leak proof, testing of air conditioners for proper functioning & cooling effect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge.

Supply and Fixing Copper refrigerant pipe Copper tube 1/2 x 1/4 inch, all as specified and as directed

Supply and Fixing Copper refrigerant pipe Copper tube 5/8 x 1/4 inch, all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Fixing heavy duty PVC flexible connection 15mm dia with nuts/ washers on either end all as directed

Supply and Fixing of sheet Metal enclosure with a two pin and earth plugtop and socket complete with one double pole MCB 20Amps 'C' curve fixed on surface/concealed in walls, complete all as specified and as directed

Supply & fixing Sub main wiring with two run 4 Sqmm PVC insulated FRLS cable with stranded copper conductor and one run of size 4.0 Sqmm PVC insulated FRLS cable with stranded copper conductor copper conductor as earth wire drawn in & including PVC conduit size of 25mm dia,,independent PVC insulated FRLS one run of size 2.5 sqmm copper conductor as earth wire complete all as specified & directed

Supply & fixing of MCB SPN 16/20 A 10 KAcurrent rating, 240V,50 Hz, AC short circuit protection and rupturing capacity (breaking)10 KA, ISI marked and confirming to IS/IEC 60898-1 2002 ..and suitable for lighting and other domestic loads, complete all as specified & directed

Supply & fixing of Cable PVC insulated and sheathed 3 core 4 Sqmm copper conductor, complete all as specified & directed
