Checking and Rectification of Sub-Station Automation System installed at 220 KV Sub-Station Bansi. The Following works are including for healthy SCADA communication. (a) Replacing the defective armoured optical fibre cable and splicing it if required any anywhere in the ring. )b) Replacing the defective FO multimode patch cards of virus types. (c) Checking the healthiness of REC 61850-7 Ethernet switches. (d) Checking the healthiness of LIUs and its communicating ports. (e) Checking/communication healthiness of MOD bus RTU for various MFM meters. (f) Replacing the defective CAT-5/LAN cables and checking its healthiness. (g) Synchronising of GPS Clock. (h) Checking and Re-arranging the SLD of S/S to SCADA Screen. (i) Re-installation of new backup of Routine & editor backup to SCADA if needed. (j) Checking the Healthiness of all protechtion relays communicating to SCADA. (k) Checking & re-asigning of all required events, alarms, numericals datas, status and signals to SCADA from various bays & feeders.
Attending problems related to SAS communication protocols like , 104, 101 modbus, modbus TCP, DNP3 which are associated to SLDC communication & attending the communication problems of following elements like Modems, RTU, communication switches for making healthy communication. Terms and Conditions :- A- Licence keys and Scada dongles will be provided by UPPTCL. B- All required software will be provided by UPPTCL. C- All required material will be provided by UPPTCL. D. Approved CRP and SAS drawings will be provided by UPPTCL. E- Integration of new bay is excludes to this work.
