Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing rubbish from premises to a distance n.exc 50 mtr, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone boulder masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. but excluding ashlars, dressed stone work & precast concrete articles and removing rubbish from premises to a distance n.exc 50 mtr, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes and fittings, salt glazed ware, AC, PVC or RCC internal dia. of pipe 450 mm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate, as in foundation, filling, mass concreting etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with pulverized fuel ash-lime bricks (FLY ash bricks non-modular size), straight or curved on plan exc. 6 m mean radius, built in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in cills, coping, benching on chajjas, roof kerbs, bed blocks and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed with and including necessary formwork, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description and thickness on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking out key, scrubbing down with water etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work / concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars 450 mm dia, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6, type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate, as in concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of 450 mm dia pipe, after they are laid and tested, complete all as specified and direcetd.

Cleaning of existing storm rain water drain n.exc 0.50 m deep by desilting, desludging including removing the grass in bottom and sides and disposed off the sludge outside the campus, burried into pits and sprinkling of bleaching powder over there, complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of blockage of WCs, bathrooms, gully traps, floor traps etc. blocked sewage line upto first manholes on a daily basis as and when the complain from users is received complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- Contractor will depute his agent to AGE (AF) B/R complaint cell on all working days for collection of complaints).

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.50 m wide & n.exc 1.50 m deep for foundation etc. or for shafts wells cesspits, manhole, pier holes etc. n.exc 10 sqm on plan and getting in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick for any types of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (soils) n.exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes and fittings, salt glazed ware, AC, PVC or RCC, internal dia of pipe 150 mm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed to drain pipes, incl. packing under & haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for 150 mm bore RCC Pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete pipes class NP2, laid in trenches & jointed complete with collars, dia of pipe 150 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Note:- Cleaning Equipment such as sewage pump, tractor, sludge tank etc. as required at site shall be provided by contractor at no extra cost to the Govt.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick walls or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement with using water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. Note:- WPC will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only approved ISI marked integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying 2 coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surface of wall and applying 2 coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing tiles and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.
