M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick masonry/ concrete surface, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 20mm thick in two layers on fair faces of brick masonry/concrete surfaces, first layer 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 and second layer 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 mixed WPC, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. S & F 4mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in squares n exc 0.5 sq. m in each pane complete all specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer over a coat of 1mm thick wall care putty complete all as directed. (Make : For wall putty- Birla white/Bison wall putty of Berger/Narolac wall putty/Asian paint powder putty /Acro wall guard.)

M&L for preparing newly plastered walls surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new or previously untreated wooden or wood based surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint of 1st grade quality over and including one coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down main switch/DB’s including MCB’s with board and fixture of any description and making good disturbed surface of walls etc complete all as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable light fittings any type and removal from site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, ceiling etc complete all as specified and directed to match with existing surfaces.

Taking down the existing unserviceable submain/service connection wiring any size and any description including conduits all as directed.

Taking out old unserviceable LT UG cable of size 2 core 25 Sqmm laid in trenches, ducts/fixed on poles/walls/laid under roads/paths/drains/culverts or encased in GI pipe including removal of brick cable protection cover, GI tubing etc complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Excavation & earth work, shall be measured and paid for seprately under respective items of the BOQ against B/R items)

Laying only in trenches old serviceable 80mm bore steel water tubing (obtained from item No. 84.00 here-in-before), galvanized, medium grade, with and including all new fittings in existing or new location,complete all as specified and directed for following sizes:- (Note :- Fittings shall be provided by contractor and cost of fittings deemed to be included in quoted rate.)
