Providing and fixing, new Propeller of Alloy Steel ASTM A743 A CA6NM for 150 Cs. axial flow vertical turbine pump, duly Machined, dynamic balanced as per relevant ISO/ISI standard and fitting on the existing propeller Shaft as per earlier installation and according to the existing parameters as Vibration Free Noiseless & smooth. (See Annexure-A) (P-14) - Old Pump

Providing and fixing of Propeller casing for 150 Cs. pump dully machined and capable to fitment with existing suction bowl and diffuser assembly with liner ring of 20mm thickness. (See Annexure-A) (P-14) - Old Pump

Providing of Line shaft SS, ASTM A 276 Type- 410 with SS Sleeve as per sample & requirement. (P-14) - Old Pump

Providing and fixing New GM Bush in Gland Housing of 150 cs pump as per sample (P-14) - Old Pump

Providing and fixing of SS Coupler with Coupler Key and Steel Ring for 150Cs. pump as per sample (P-14) - Old Pump

Providing and fixing of new rubber bush as per sample in suction bowl and diffuser (P14 old pump- 3 no, P12 wilo-5 no and P8 Wilo - 5 No)

Providing and fixing, New S.S. Sleeve of 150 Cs. Pump, after removing old S.S. Sleeve (P-12 & P-8) - Wilo make

Repairing of Propeller Vanes by re-metalling and machining along with balancing of 150 Cs. pump propeller. (P-12 & P-8) - Wilo make

Repairing of impeller/propeller shaft by re-metalling and machining. (P-8) - Wilo Make

Supply and fixing of HT Coupling Link Bolt for 150 Cs. pump (as per sample). (P-12 & P-8) - Wilo make

Terms & Conditions:- 1. The tender rate will be inclusive all taxes as applicable including GST. 2. The tender rate will be for F.O.R. destination and inclusive of all incidental charges, enroute & at destination. Nothing extra shall be paid separately. 3. WWC@1% will be deducted from the each bill of the agency. 4. The rate should be inclusive carriage, fitting and allied parts complete in all respect with left over items (if any) as per site requirement. 5. Goods which to be used / supplied should be as per sample and conforming to the site condition & also conforming to I.S. Specification. 6. Department will not be responsible for non submission of BOQ / Bid Document online by due date, due to any fault of internet/ E-tendering. 7. Completion period – completion period is 3 Months. 8. Warranty must be 18 Months or 2500 Operation hours, whichever is earlier from the date of acceptance. 9. Payment schedule, as per bidding documents. 10. HT bolt to be used instead of SS bolt (where applicable). 11. Each page of bid book will be signed by the tenderer as a token of acceptance of terms and conditions. 12. Bidders may visit to the sites before quoting the tender rates. 13. Third Party Inspection in the presence of departmental representative and will be borne by the successful bidder. 14. Firms enlisted by Department in Repair/ Rehabilitation of pump can only participate.
