Supply & installation commissioning and testing of 10 HP Centrifugal vertical Booster pumps with motor complete set, not less than 36m head and 900 LPM discharge or above, 440 V, 3 Phase, 50 Hz ,With CI Casing bronze impeller and stainless steel shaft, mounted on heavy duty bearings including with suitable OEM recommended Starter complete including connection, suitable foundation and canopy protection for Pump & starter for outdoor installation complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of necessary connections i.e input and output water supply line.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 sq mm 4 core complete with all connection complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for ductile Iron , Single Socketed including specials, Class “K-7” ,100 mm (4”) dia water tubes, with all connected fittings, gasket, joints laid in trenches / connect one end with pump etc with suitable clamping and connecting other end with existing lines including testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix DI fittings, heavy duty, such as bends, tapers, tees, collars, tail pieces, reducers, etc laid and jointed with suitable push on joints complete upto 150 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix CI sluice valve of pressure Class PN - 1.6 flanged, 100 mm dia and drilled at both ends with ISI mark, having steel spindle and gunmetal rings including wheel for operation, flange , all jointing materials, bolts, nuts, washers, etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Non Return Valve (Reflex Valve) of size 100 mm all as per IS 1538, ISI marked, with all fitting and fixing accessories complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Air Release Valve of Size 100mm dia complete with ISI marked, with all fitting accessories complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique with necessary Equipment / machine for crossing of DI pipe not less than 100 mm dia and vertical depth n.exc 2 mtr and horizontal dia n.exc 200mm and including getting out excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.50m above GL complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Necessary liaison with civil authorities for obtaining necessary permission for boring under civil road shall be the responsibility of the contractor. The cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. The contractor shall not have any claim on this at a later stage.

M&L for Brick masonry valve chamber of size 1100 x 1100 x 900 mm internal size, 100 mm thick foundation using PCC 1:4:8, type D2, over 15 cm thick hard core, 23 cm thick brick work in cement mortar 1:4, 15 mm thick plaster to internal surfaces, external surfaces upto 15 cm below ground level and top of floor in cement and sand mortar 1:4, finished even and smooth with out using extra cement, 3 mm thick MS sheet cover including 40 mm x 40 mm x 6 mm thick MS angle frame fixed in PCC 1:2:4, type B1 coping with 25 mm x 6 mm flat iron hold fasts, handles, hinges with locking arrangements, applying one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint to all steel surfaces and earth work in any type of soil including disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m including demolition of existing valve chamber complete all as specified

Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil not exc. 1.5 metre wide and not exc. 1.5 metre in depth and getting out for under ground electric cable /water pipe line etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Mechanical excavation is not allowed in the Station only manual excavation allowed.
