AMC of 60Te electronic road weighbridge, which include following term & conditions a. Maintenance of weighbridges software with all installed feature as on date including log-in security for data security, online data transfer etc and similar to software installed in other weighbridge of CCL &modification if may required. b. Service Engineer should visit the WB at least once in a week irrespective of break down. c. In case of any break down service engineer should reach the side with in 12 Hrs after receiving information in any form telephonic ,mail, fax & writing (anyone) d. All travelling allowances and other expenses will be carry out by the party during the contract period. e. AMC holder/ service engineer must be present at the time of verification /stamping of the Weigh bridge by inspector legal metrology. After break down its should be rectified with in 23 Hrs of receipt of complain. Penalty should be applicable after 24 Hrs break down. f. The penalty for non rectification of the machine shall be calculated as No of days the machine remains out at order X AMC Rate X 2 Times 365 days.
