Taking down carefully copper/Aluminium point wiring including (light, fan, socket or power complete fittings, such as switches, ceiling roses, pendant holders, Batten holders, shades conical fan regulators, light or power sockets etc) removing materials from site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls roofs etc all as directed.

Taking down carefully UNSV main switch and DB's including MCBs of any size make, type and capacity and depositing at site as directed.

Concealed point wiring complete with 1.5 Sqmm single core multistranded copper conductor PVC insulated and unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade drawn through and including non metallic rigid PVC conduit, medium grade minimum 19mm dia ISI marked and conduit accessories fixed concealed in wall/ceiling/roof etc with sunken type pressed steel/welded MS terminal boxes made out of 1.6 mm MS sheet, 3mm thick laminated sheath top cover for mounting of fittings, switches, sockets outlets, regulators etc complete including provisining of 1.0 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 volt grade with multi stranded copper conductor to common earth and connected to earth dolly for the following:- Note : For Modular fittings, frame, cover and flush boxes measured and paid relavant item of Sch-'A', Part-I.

One light/fan/bell point controlled by one switch 6 Amp one way.

One 3 pin switch socket combination 6 Amp on the independent board.

All as described above but point wiring with 2.5 sqmm single core multi stranded copper conductor PVC insulated & unsheathed cable 1100 volt grade and 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated and unsheathed cable 1100 volt grade with multi stranded copper conductor for earth wire for 15/16 Amp multi purpose socket combination point on independent board.

S&F incl taking down 36/40 watt recessed mounted LED luminaire suitable for armstrong/grid ceiling with super bright LED fittings with connector block etc with short circuit protection, open protection, reverse polarity protection, high voltage protection complete with all accessories pre wired and including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size.

S&F in replacement of old UNSV building light 45 W IP 65 LED security light for building luminaire comprising of die cast aluminium housing with weather proof gasket for lamp & driver compartment with system wattage of 45 W. The LED make must be of >80 lumen/watt. The driver must be power factor>0.95 with short circuit protection, open circuit protection, reverse polarity protection, high voltage protection. The luminaire must have secondary optics with perfectly matched lens for better light control with GI bracket of suitable size and clamps with fixing accessories complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L in repair earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6.3 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, the earth electrode surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15cm on all side and including connected to and including galvanized earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia upto 7.5 mtrs long by means of nuts and bolts, check nuts and washers of GI and connected to earhing test point and earth dolly all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I and testing on completion including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 chamber, pre-cast RCC slab 50mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4), type B1, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric or XPM, (weight not less than 4 Kg per Sqm) with cast iron frame, funnel with watering pipe 20mm dia medium grade, wire mesh and lugs, GI protection pipe, 15mm dia, light grade, 7.5 mtr long for protection of earth lead upto test point etc all as specified and as directed.

Collecting Fans from Store yard of AGE E/M, ceiling/exhaust/wall mounted fans of any size and any make/model, moving to reputed workshop as directed by GE/Engineer-in-Charge, dismantaling the same, cutting and removing the old defective/burnt out winding, cleaning the core of the fan motor, re-winding the fan motor by using machine with supper enemelled copper winding wire and using insulating materials, varnishing the assembly and re-assembling the fan including testing etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. MAKE of winding wire : Devi Dayal/Chetak/HTP Thulax. Note: All defective/unserviceable parts/items other than winding wire, varnish, insulating material, bearings, capacitors and flexible wires shall be measured separately and paid for under respective item of this schedule:-

S&F in repair Ball bearing of ceilling fans of any sweep/size/make/ model fixed in replacement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair Ball bearing of Exhaust fansof any sweep/size/make/ model fixed in replacement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for taking proper shut down from power house in presence of rep of AGE E/M sub divn before disconnecting the cable and reconnecting the cable before clearing shut down carrying out following works as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : U/S Item like MCB, MCCB will be measured and paid separately (a) Cleaning of DB by air blower. (b) Cleaning of terminal of MCCB by CRC 26 sprays. (c) Cleaning of bus bar by CRC 26 sprays. (d) fixing naked wire through flexible pipe. (e) fixing PVC cable lugs of different size to MCB. (f) fixing nut bolts if required and make good disturbed surface by plastering and welding hinges of DB door/ Box of DB.

Conduit wiring using approved colour codeing as per IS with FRLSH smoke free non toxic, non corrosive with copper cable 1.5 sqmm confirming to IS : 694 nominal area single core insulated and unsheathed stranded cable 1100 volt grade and including ERW stove enameled conduit heavy duty ISI marked and unsheated copper conductor 1.5 sqmm area as earth wire as earth continuity conductor complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Note : 04 Nos cable and 01 No earth wire shall be measured together as one length).

S&F including taking down of flame proof weather proof LED light fitting 2 x 20W with all accessories including lamp and necessary connection wire and testing complete.
