M&L for Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area n.exc 400 sqm and depth exc 50 mm but not exc 100 mm including disposal of unseviceable materials complete as specified and as directed

M&L for 75mm thick PCC type D-2 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded stone agg) as in sub-base complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F road side safty convex mirror made up of polycarbonated body is made of ABS/plastic with mounting hardware pole mounted bracket of dimension 800mm dia including necessary excavation and earth work and PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates of block size 300x300mm x 300mm complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for 75mm spread thickness moorum/red bajri, spread rolled & consolidatged to gradient and camber required including watering and well ramming complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface excavation n.exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and get ting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed

M&L Premix bituminous, macadam, laid/ rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber ( consolidated) thickness 75 mm or less using paving bitumen of grade VG-30 as binder @ 4% by weight of total mix using mechanical paver and rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power road roller to a uniform smooth surface completed all as specified and as directed. Note :- Mixing shall be done in hot mix plants

M&L Repairs to pot holes any depth, not exceeding 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat at 5 Kg/10 sqm and filling in screened and graded road metal and well ramming complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L 75 mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregates of granite, trap or basalt stone grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread and consolidated to gradient and camber required and rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power roller complete all as specified.

M&L for Preparing water bound macadam surfces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc; applying evenly a priming/ tack coat (VG-10) with bituminous primer at 10Kg per 10 Sqm and finally bituminous premix asphaltic semi-dense concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder (VG-30) content by weight by total mix, rolled and compacted to required chamber and gradient using paving bitumen any penetration complete.

S&F in repair road studs (Cat eye) sides of minimum coefficient of retor reflective sheeting for high intensity grade of 22000 series ( colour as approved by the GE) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L machine pressed precast concrete coloured inter locking paver block, rubber moulded, any shape & size as approved, confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-40 grade of concrete with grey cement & pigment laid dry on sand not less than 50 mm thick, interstices filled in floors/ pathway complete all as specified. complete all as specified.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 by B-1 (20mm graded aggt) as in copings, benching, covings, bed plates and like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Surface dressing not exc 15 cm deep in soft/loose soil complete all as specified.

Supplying and fixing delinerator made out of Medium grade MS pipe , 45mm dia, black powder coated , duly laminated with 50mm wide ( 3Nos) fluorescent tape, and fitted with guard / grill outside , 750mm overall length embedded in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 of size 300MMX300MMX300mm in ground including necessary excavation and earthwork complete all as specified.

M&L for laying hot applied thermoplastic compound (paint) 2 mm thick including reflecterising materials glass beads including cost of all materials labour machineries and T&P etc required for proper completion of work including all other charges. The finish surfaces to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes as per specification No 803 as per IRC painting lines, dashes, arrows and letters etc on roads, pavements and the like not exc 10 cm wide with road marking paint, white or golden yellow all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand/stone dust filling under interlocking tiles including watering and consolidation complete.

M&L applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer (VG-10) at 05 Kg per 10 Sqm on bituminous macadam surface and treating with bituminous premix asphaltic semi-dense concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder (VG-30) content by weight by total mix, rolled and compacted to required chamber and gradient using paving bitumen any penetration complete.
