M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surfaces size of each tile 300x450mm x 7mm set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the colour of the tiles over 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from metal frames or , glazed with putty or fixed with beads complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of brick tiles any thickness laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar from roof slab of Ist floor complete all as specified and directed. Dismantling/demolition and removal of Mud Phaska in roofs, any thickness, including old tarfelt, plastering and leeping of any thickness as reqd at site complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cutting out cracks to V-section roofs or tarrace cleaning grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar in CM 1:4, using Liquid Water Proofing Compound as per manufacturer's instruction, laid in roof surface, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Liquid WPC shall be measured and paid separately as Supply only rate.

M&L for cleaning and priming at the rate of 300 ml per Sqm roof surfaces by applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg / Sqm and laying APP based polymeric membrane with 100 mm side lap / end lap minimum weighing 3 Kg/ Sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric ( weight not less than 150 gm/ Sqm) laid on primed surface by Tourch seal application complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate finished even and fair without using extra cement as in roof complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Armstromg Knof channled wood works perforated panels of width 192mm, thickness 15mm and length 2400 mm, made of a moisture resistant fibre board substrate with a laminated facing as per the apporoved shade (Portland Maple, Sea Beach, Saim Wood & Mystique Walnut, interior white , Alumina Pearl) and a melamine balancing layer on the rverse side. The board shall have a special perforation pattern where the reverse surface has a "Helmholtz" fluted perforation with consecutive 3 mm wide groove followed by 13/21 mm visible pane . The self levelling screed shall be consist of low viscous epoxy-amine cured system and graded aggregate (special silica). the epoxy system shall have a volumatric ratio of mixing of resin in 2:1 ratio. The aggregate shall be added in the ratio of 2:1:3. (iii) Providing and fixation of copper tape. (iv) Conductive coat of 100 microns with Aquoxy ESD will be applied after copper tape fixation which will be supplied in the ratio 3:1. (v) Anti-static EPU coat with Cipy Cipothane ESD 108 will be applied which shall be supplied in pre-weighed pack and ready to mix and use which will consists of resin, hardner,EPI (colour concentrate) and formulated aggregate + carbon fibre to agitate the mixture by an electrically driven motor and Lay the mixture to the thickness of 2000 micron.
