Repairs to pot holes any depth n.exc 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud water scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting round edges to at least 25 mm in depth and making good by filling in screened and graded road metal watering and well ramming (incl supply of metal) and making good by applying tack coat @ 10 kg per 10 Sq.m, and providing bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete (design mix ) ,30 mm thick (cosolidated ) thickness with 5.5 % binder content by weight of total mix laid with mechanical paver rolled and compacted to reqired camber and gredient with 8 to 12 ton power roller cmplete all as specified and directed .

M&L for premixed bituminous macadam n exc 75 mm thick ( consolidated thickness ) using 4.0 % binder content by weight of total mix ,layed /rolled compacted to reqired gredient and camber all as specified and directed. Note: The quantity of bitumen shall be provided as per Design mix approved by GE. (The cost of transportation of the material to the Govt approved lab and design mix charges shall be borne by the contractor). for the purpose of quoting, the contractor shall consider 4% binder by weight of total mix. However, the work shall be executed as per approved design and price adjustment shall be done only for variation (plus or minus) in quantity of binder priced at supply only rate of bitumen (as per purchase voucher of main producer).

M&L for preparation of BM surfaces and applying evenly a tack coat of 5 kg/10 Sqm using Bituminous primer over prepared BM surface all as specified and directed

M&L for Preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud vegitation grass etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with mechanical air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen VG-10 @ 5 Kg / 10 Sqm and bituminous premixed asphaltic semi dense concrete 30mm consolidated thickness using crushed graded stone aggregate mixed with binder content of paving bitumen VG-30 with 5.5% binder contents by weight of total mix by using self propelled mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 10 Tonne capacity power roller including preparation of bitumen carpet in digital computarized weigh batch hot mix plant, complete all as specified. Note: The quantity of bitumen shall be provided as per Design mix approved by GE. M&L for painting line, dashes, arrow, letters etc on road pavement of new/old black top surface road surface and applying one coat of retro reflective thermoplastic road marking paint 2 mm thick & width not exc 10 cm for longer durability with 8% glass beads using special applicator machine fitted with profile shoe heater driven by experianced operator on road surfaces on including preparation of new/old treated surfaces, cleaning surfaces of all dirt, scales, oils, grease & foreign materials etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge with heating arrangement upto 160 degree celcius. Paint material shall be conforming to ministry of surface transport (MOST) specification 803.4 Vol -I as laid down in specification of road / bridge work " third revision"

Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and as directed.
