Revetment for Tower Lo. No. 44A 0 of 132 KV Firozabad-Shikohabad S/C Transmission Line

Following Works are to carried out for Work of Revetment with all cost of Men,Materials T&P ,Transmission Loading /Unloading etc as per Technical Specification & Drawing for proper completion of the work with due safely &precaution as per direction of the Supervisor Engineer:

Excavation of soil around Tower legs Foundation on 4 sides including watering and ramming of earth in the trench the side of the foundation as per technical specification and drawing.

Cement Concrete with 40 mm stone ballast, coarse sand and cement in the ratio 1:3:6 in foundation floor 0.20 m thick including supply of all material / labour and tools etc. required for complete of work satisfactorily

Construction of Required RCC Column & Top Beam using Cement, Concrete and Coarse Sand mixture in the ratio of 1:2:4 with 20 mm Stone Metal including cost of Materials, Dewatering, Shoring, Shuttering, Framing, Curing etc, with necessary arrangement for proper draining of rain water from inside of Retaining Wall. excluding re-enforcement steel materials.

Re-enforcement Steel by using 12 mm size Steel Bars for RCC Columns & Beams

First class Brick work in 1:4 Cement, coarse sand mortar in foundation and in plinth as per drawing including the supply of all material, labour and T & P etc. required for completion of work satisfactorily

12 mm thick Plaster work of Wall & Top with mortar in ratio 1:4 Cement and fine Sand including cost of all material, labour and T & P etc. required for completion of work satisfactorily as per technical specification .

Earth filling under Floor and in the area of Revetment for the Tower including the cost of Earth to be obtained from outside including watering, ramming,levelling and dressing of Earth with all cost of labour and T & P etc. required for completion of work satisfactorily including the cost of Earth Royalty,Taxes etc.

Making weep holes by providing pieces of plastic pipe using approx, total length 24 Mtr. Including cutting in accordance size and fitting them in two layers at the span of 2.0 Mtr, at depth at depth and 2.0 Mtr, respectively from the top of the revetment wall.

First class brick work solling in flooring which including laying of brick in edge, filling od sand in between the joint including prepration of base ready for solling including cost of brick & sand.

Stock pointing in brick solling floorusing 1:2 cement and fine sand mortar including cost of sand & cement.
