Finishing walls with exterior emulsion paint (Apex) in two coats to give a smooth shade of approved brand and shade as per direction of Engineer-in-charge i/c coat of all material, labour and T&P etc etc complete.

Two coat painting on hold and new wood work/steel work with superior synthetic anamel such as Luxol 3, Hi gloss Apcolite, Superlac, Dulux specified brushing to give and even shade and including the cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter sand papering and scrapping including cost of all materials, labour, tools and plants etc. required for prpper completion of work.

Dismantling existing plaster including disposal of refuse with in distance of 60 meters as per direction of Engineer in Charge

Brick work in 1:6 (1 Cement: 6 Coarse sand) cement morter up to 60M lead and 3M lift i/c cost of all material, labour and T&P etc.

12mm cement plaster in 1:4 (1cement:4coarse sand) mortar including cost of all material labour T & P etc. completion

Dismantling C.C. or brick or granolithic floor including base concrete and including stacking of dismantled material with in 60M distance

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor of 300 x 300 mm size (thickness 20mm) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in desired colours and shades, laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (ater based) conforming to IS:15477, including grouting of joints. with base. including supply of all materials, labour and T & P etc. required for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor of 600 x 600 mm size (thickness 20mm) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufactuer, in desired colours and shades, laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhsive (water based) conforming to IS:15477, including grouting of joints.with base. including supply of all materials, labour and T & P etc. required for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank of approved brand and manufacture with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fitting and the base support for tank.Capacity 500 litre as per direction of Engineer in charge.
