Material & labour for complete removal of old existing treatment of wall and preparation of wall surfaces by brooming down,steel wire brushing, scraping down moulds,efflorescent salts and trading oil greasy spots and applying one coat of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of alkali resistant primer over a coat of 1mm thick wall care putty including sanding wall care putty using 120-220 girt sandpaper to ensures a smooth & even surface, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for complete removal of old existing treatment of wall and preparation of wall surfaces by brooming down,steel wire brushing, scraping down moulds,efflorescent salts and trading oil greasy spots and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls or concrete surfaces etc incld raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on external surfaces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 on internal surfaces of brick wall finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 5 mm thick plastering in CM 1:3 on ceiling and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered wall surface and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
