Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar , incl all quions, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for broken stone or boulders hardcore of gauge not exceeding 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface all as specified.

Material and labour for 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base to flooring complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in floors and finished even and smooth without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth, getting out in hard/dense soil etc., including trimming bottom and sides of trenches, leveling/grading and ramming bottom of excavation complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing debries/excavated/ demolished materials to a distance exc 1.5 KM but n.exc 5 KM and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.50 meter above the starting point all as directed.

M&L for concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation, filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, mud stops, benching, water tank platform etc.on roof, chajja weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating etc. including necessary form work complete as directed.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) of 75mm thick as in plinth protection complete all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width 1:3:6 Type C-1(20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) and setting in mortar cement mortar 1:6, complete.

Rendering 5mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:3 on ceiling including finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete.

Rendering 10mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finishing the surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15mm thick in patches in cement mortar in 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces even and smoothe without using extra cement.

M & L for 40mm thick Damp proof course in cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-0 to horizontal surfaces including necessary form work all as specified. (Note : water proofing compound to be measured and paid for separately).

M&L for Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including sup- ports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc. Rough finished surfaces of concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work, Flat, not exc 200mm thick, Rough finished surfaces of concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs n exc 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 10cm but n exc 20cm wide etc. Rough finished surfaces of concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC M-25 in Beams cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span, etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note : The design mix report shall get approved with GE by the contractor and the cost of the same shall borne by the contractor. No extra cost shall be admissible on this account.

M&L for RCC M-25 in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note : The design mix report shall get approved with GE by the contractor and the cost of the same shall borne by the contractor.No extra cost shall be admissible on this account.

S & F mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping etc and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips. etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bar 6mm to 8mm dia. cut to length, bend to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping ends and binding with and including MS wire not less than 0.9 mm dia, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bar 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders. cut to length, bend to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping ends and binding with and including MS wire not less than 0.9 mm dia, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding including backing / plaster / Screed and removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed by Eng-In- Charge.

M&L for Coloured Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes in cement mortar 1:4 etc complete all as specified.

M&L for Coloured Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, on vertical surfaces such as skirtings, dados and risers to steps etc.. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering on brick work or concrete surfaced wall as backing coat of cement mortar 1:3 all as specified.

Taking down, plastering from Roof surfaces and vertical surfaces including removal of existing roof treatment, cleaning, hacking for key scrubbing down with water, and removal of debries out side MoD land /Unit area without any extra cost etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note : Any damages occures to the electrical cable/Telephone cable/Signal cable or any cables laying on roof/Lightening protection strips fixed on the roof/ AC unit fitted on the roof/Anteena signal structure fitted on roof shall be rectified/repaired/ refixted by the contractor with in 24Hors without any extra cost complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of unreinforced Cement concrete / Mud / Phuska / Concrete of any description over roof and in any position not other wise specifically provided etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for brushing neat cement slurry with 3 Kg of cement per sqm on old surfaces of roof all as specified and directed.

Removal of demolished Materials / Mud Phuska etc, of roof to a distance exc 1.50 km but not etc 5.0 Km / out side MoD / Unit area complete all as directed by Eng-In- Charge

M&L screed bed in cement mortar (1:3) 20 mm thick with using WPC as per manufactures instructions etc. on concrete surface as in required slope for draning out the rain water all as directed Note : WPC will paid separately.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering on roof and vertical surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 surface finished fair and even using WPC as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified. Note : WPC will paid separately.

Supply only water proofing compound conplast X 421 IC of FOSROC chemcial (Indian limted) or equivalent in Dr FIXITcomplete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in padding on roof complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for labour for preparation of surface by removing dust, dirt and applying oil bound bitumen primer @0.20Kg/sqm and providing 4mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 4.0Kg/sqm reinforced with non woven polyester matt weighing not less than160gm/sqm having softening point not less than 150 degree centigrade, having tensile strength of 650N/sqcm and 350N/sqcm in longitudinal and transverse directions respectively of the reinforcement tearing strength of180N by torch application with minium 10cm side overlap and 15cm end lap, applying a coat of blown grade hot bitumin 90/15 over the membrane @ 1.2Kg/sqm and on drying apply a coat of solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint over membrane @ 0.1kg/sqm all as specified and directed by Eng-In-Charge.
