Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. Layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m.

Cleaning of area with brush,power brush,light breaker with flat chisel to remove all loose material,dust and dirt etc.Coving/fillet on all corners/junctions of roof and parapets with 1:3 mortar admixed with integer waterproofing compound and using bonding agent.All surface to be moisten with plenty water before coating with waterproofing system.Applying three coats of acrlic polymer(Hydroproof extra) mixed with neat cement as per following procedure. a)First coat/primer coat 1:2:4(1 polymer:2 water:4 cement) with proper coverage of all area. b) Laying of Fiber glass mesh when the primer coat is still wet.Minimum overlap of 100mm on sideway and 150mm on length way. c) 2nd coat of 1:2:4(1 polymer:2 water:4 cement) to be applied to hold/bind the fibre mesh and cover the whole area d)3rd coat/final top coat of 1:2(1 polymer:2 cement) to applied to cover. A protection cover of 3mm to 5 mm screed of mix 1:3(1 cement:3 sand) admixed with integer waterproof compound complots WL@125ml/per bag or equivalent shall be applied.
