S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as in hangar roof all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes:- (i) Roof work pertains to Hangar of height 15 to 18 mtrs. Height aspects shall be taken into consideration while quoting the rates. (ii) All height safety measures are to be taken into consideration while quoting the rates. (iii) Dismantling of AC/ Galvalume sheets shall be done in such a way that structural integrity of rest of Hangar remains intact. Any deforming occured in this account shall be make good without any extra cost. (iv) Rates quoted by the contractor shall include all the points mentioned above.

Taking down and refixing of prefabricated crimp curved galvanized roof sheet (colour coated) as in roof covering, fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F LT heat shrinkable Straight through cable Jointing kit, complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3.5 core XLPE armoured Aluminium conductor cable of size 70sqmm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for Earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 3.15 mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to copper strip size 20 x 3 mm thick by mean of nuts/bolts, check nuts and washers of brass as shown in electrical plate No. 5 of SSR part-I including necessary excavation and earth work, GI Pipe 15 mm bore light grade for watering with Funnel, wire mesh and protection to earthing strip shall be provided with GI pipe light grade 32 mm dia up to 7.5 mtr from the earth plate electrode and refilling of soil including adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt etc & earth work in any strata, PCC pit chamber in cement mortar 1:3:6 type C-2 with 40 mm thick Precast RCC cover slab 1:2:4 type B with 8 mm dia TMT bar and handle with lifting hooks including testing any type complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

Supply install, test and commission cubicle type CPRI approved LT feeder piller box of size not less then(450MM x600MM 450MM) mounted on pedestal factory made, totally enclosed, dust & vermin proof (protection class IP 54), (front opening) with propper locking arrangement made of MS angle iron frame size of 50mmx50mmx6mm with legs heights of 60cm and CRCA sheet of 3.15 mm thick duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer. The panel shall be suitable for 415 volts, 50 Hz 3 phase 4 wire system and shall be complete with internal wiring, thimbles glands and shall be complete all as specified as directed with the undermentioned accessories. Note:-The cost of the PCC pedestal is deemed to be included in the quoted rate of above item. The panel will comprise of the following :-

(a) MCCB 4 pole, 125 Amps, breaking capacity 18 KA with extended rotary handle - 1 No (incoming).

(b) Aluminium Bus Bar 200 Amps for connecting outgoing cables

(e) Indicator lamp neon type (set of three set)
