Cleaning and removal of blockage in kitchen floor trap etc at any floor incl pipe line up to the first manhole complete all as directed. Note : This item is daily basis, based on complaint received by the user to be attended same day by the contractor.

Cleaning and removal of blockage in bathroom, nahani trap and wash hand basin bottle trap, gully trap at any floor incl pipe line up to the first manhole complete all as directed. Note : This item is daily basis, based on complaint received by the user to be attended same day by the contractor.

Cleaning and removal of blockage of IWC/ EWC/ Urinal pot at any floor incl pipe line up to the first manhole complete all as directed. Note : This item is daily basis, based on complaint received by the user to be attended same day by the contractor.

Desilting/ desludging upto 3m depth and removing of non-degradable chocking material including cleaning main sewer lines of dia 150mm/200mm of any depth by using high pressure jetting (VACCUM SUCTION) by means of "Super Sucker" machine incl plugging/ cleaning and dewatering of connection manholes incl removal and disposal of sludge/silt/non degradable material/ waste water etc out of MOD land at any distance and with no additional cost on the same day when it was taken out. The job shall be carried out with safety precaution equipment and with strict supervision complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: (i) The service provider/ contractor during the mechanized operation shall be equip with gas monitor, nylon rope ladder, torch light and compressed blower etc alongwith the sewage cleaning truck mounted suction / jetting machine. (ii) Mannual cleaning operation is prohibited. (iii) The rates quoted by the contractor are deemded to be inclusive of moblisation of "Super Sucker" machine, water for jetting, T&P, supervising engineer, operater (skilled driver/technical staff/manpower) and allied infrastructure required for smooth functioning of machine and operation. (iv) The T&P as and when brought by the contractor based on site requirement, the concern site executive shall take a photograph of machine alongwith the supervising staff. (v) A register shall be maintained by the contractor showing the machine No/Veh No and their deployment at site mentioning time and date duly signed by concern JE, Engr-in-Charge and contractor. The same register shall be produced while claiming the payment by the contractor.

All as per item No. 04 here-in-before but exc 200 mm dia to 300 mm dia.

Manually Cleaning of existing 150/200mm dia sewage line upto 3.00 mtr depth from ground level by rodding or by any means and blowing water through pipe for efficient functioning of pipe line incl manpower and allied infrastructure required for smooth functioning and operation, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 06 here-in-before but exc 200 mm dia upto 300 mm dia.

Manually cleaning of existing manholes of depth upto 3.0 m. The sludge deposited in manhole shall be cleaned and disposed off the same outside the MoD land at any distance and without any additional cost on the same day when it was taken out, complete all as specified and directed.

Desludging of existing manholes of depth upto exc 1.0 m but not exc 3.0 m. The clealing shall be carried out with mechanised operation by means of diesel/ electric operated vehicle mounted hydraulic operated high pressure suction-cum jetting machines fitted with pump of required requisite capacity and the sludge sucked out with supper succer machine of required capacity and sent to storage tanks for further disposal to the authorised disposal site. The sludge deposited in sewage line shall be fully cleaned and disposed off the same outside the MoD land at any distance and without any additional cost on the same day when it was taken out. The job shall be carried out with safety precaution equipment and with strict supervision complete all as directed. Note : (i) The depth shall be measured from bottom of manhole upto the top of liquid level. (ii) The tenderer shall engage the above mentioned T&P and intimate to Engr-in-Charge in writing with machine No/ Vehicle No etc for their record and prior approval to GE. (iii) The T&P as and when brought by the tenderer based on site requirement the concern site executive shall be take a photograph of machine alonwith the supervising staff i.e JE's and contractor's rep etc and shall kept in record with date. (iv) A pucca bound register shall be maintained showing the machine No/Vehicle No and their deployment at site mentioning time and date duly signed by concern JE, Engr-in-Charge and contractor and the same register shall be produced while claiming the payment by the tenderer.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonary built in cement mortar incl all qouines arches, pillers etc but excluding ashler facings dressed stone work and precast concrete articles.

M&L for brick work straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius in cement mortar 1:4 with sub class ‘B’ brick complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate), as in coping, benching for manholes and haunching around manholes frame for setting, coping etc including use of necessary form work and finishing exposed surfaces even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 with using water proofing compound as per manufacturer' instruction to fare faces of brick or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (Water proofing compound shall be measured separately under respective item).

Supply only integral waterproofing compound, all as specified.

Excavation as in trenches in hard/ dense soil not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr depth for foundation of manholes/ sewer lines and getting out complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and in paving n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified & directed.
