Filtration of transformer oil and arresting of oil leakage at LT/HT bushings of Distribution Transformers available at VOC Port Premises

Transformer capacity: 250KVA, 22KV/433V Filtration of transformer oil and arresting of oil leakage at LT/HT bushings including replacement of oil seal at drain plug if needed as per IS: 1866.

Transformer capacity: 500KVA, 22KV/433V Filtration of transformer oil and arresting of oil leakage at LT/HT bushings including replacement of oil seal at drain plug if needed as per IS: 1866.

Transformer capacity: 100 KVA, 22/433V Filtration of transformer oil and arresting of oil leakage at LT/HT bushings including replacement of oil seal at drain plug if needed as per IS: 1866.

Transformer capacity: 3000 KVA, 22/ 6600V Filtration of transformer oil and arresting of oil leakage at LT/HT bushings including replacement of oil seal at drain plug if needed as per IS: 1866.

Checking of BDV test (Di-electric Strength) before and after filtration of transformer oil, after filtration of transformer oil to get the optimum value(45KV-55KV) and to withstand 60 sec. and minimum three cycles as per IS 1866/2000.

Supply and replacement of suitable bushings of secondary side including replacement of suitable cork with grade RC-70C, If needed.

Checking of acidity level of transformer oil after completion of filtration and it should be maintaining 0.3 mg in 1ml. of transformer oil.

Supply and replacement of silica gel for breather, if needed.

Supply of new transformer oil as per IS:335. For topping up of all the transformers, if needed.

Supply and replacement of conservator glass, if needed.
