Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floor and paving not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete, all as directed.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for in this Schedule all as specified & directed.

Dismantling AC sheet (Corrugated, Semi corrugated etc) as in roofs etc complete all as specified.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards / slabs / blankets any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified

Demolition of brick/stone masonry built in cement/lime mortar of any mix and stacking serviceable stones aside for reuse & removing unserviceable materials in low laying area, complete, all as directed.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on PCC/stone surface/brick surfaces including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc all as directed.

M&L for brick work with old size sub-class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6.00 metre mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified.

All as per serial item No 07.00 here-in-before but except bricks. Note : Old serviceable bricks retrieved from serial item No. 5.00 here-in-before shall be used under this item.

M&L brick work with subclass 'B' old size bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

S&F mild steel framed work using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I.S 1161-1979 Grade St-240 including necessary welding, bolting, special shaped washer, clamps, cleats etc. complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F rolled mild steel work as in Plates (plain or chequered) channels. Square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment including necessary welding etc. conforming to Gde E-250 (Fe 410-W) quality `A’ all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel bolts, purpose made, with hexagonal or square head one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut not exc 30cm long, dia of neck exc 20mm but not exc 25mm complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5cm and not exc 10 cm long and dia of neck 5mm to 10mm complete all as specified.

S&F mild steel Bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required, hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates, hook and pintle hinges, large hasps and staples, chains, hand made sliding bolts, clamps, hold fasts, wall ties, hooks for hanging fans, plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters, knee piece inserts, two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165, complete, all as specified & directed.

S&F 15mm thick densified tegular edged eco friendly light weight calcium silicate false ceiling tiles of approved texture (spintone/ cosmos / Hexa) of size 595 x 595mm in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanised steel sections (galvanising @ 120 grams per sqm including both side) consisting of main 'T' runner suitably spaced at joints to get required length and of size 24x38mm made from 0.33 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced 1200 mm centre to centre, and cross "T" of size 24x28 mm made out of 0.33 mm (Minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main'T' at 600 mm centre to centre to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross 'T' of length 600mm and size 24 x28mm made of 0.33 mm thick (Minimum) sheet to be inter locked at middle of the 1200x 600mm panel to from grid of size 600x600mm, resting on periphery walls /partitions on a Perimeter wall angle pre-coated steel of size (24x24X3000mm made of 0.40 mm thick (minimum) sheet with the help of rawl plugs at 450mm centre to centre with 25mm long dry wall screws @ 230 mm interval and laying 15mm thick densified edges calicum silicate ceiling tiles of approved texture (Spintone / Cosmos / hexa) in the grid, including, cutting/ making opening for services like diffusers, grills,light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc., wherever required, Main 'T' runners to be suspended from ceiling using G.I. slotted cleats of size 25x35x1.6 mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5 mm dia and 50mm long dash fasteners wherever required, 4mm G.I. adjustable rods with galvanised steel level clips of size 85 x 30 x 0.8 mm, spaced at 1200mm centre to centre along main 'T' , bottom exposed with 24mm of all T-sections shall be pre-painted with polyster baked paint, for all heights, as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws or ‘L’ type or ‘J’ type or cranked hooks bolts complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in levelling course 25mm thick finished fair & even complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for machine cut Kota stone slab flooring 20 to 25mm thick laid over & including screed bed or bedding layer of 15mm thick in CM 1:6 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing complete all as specified. Note : - Kota stone shall be of size 550mm x 550mm (minimum) when brought at site.

M&L for machine cut Kota stone slab 20-25mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar, laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and mirror polishing over & including 10mm thick rendering (as screed bed) in cement & sand mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for grinding, rubbing and mirror finish polishing to existing kota stone/mosaic floors/vertical surafces etc complete by mechanically by using different grits all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for rough cast finish plaster by applying the under coat of cement and sand mortar 1:3 not less than 10 mm thick and while it is still in plastic state the roughcast mixture consisting of crushed stone or fine gravel aggregate (size between 6 to 12 mm depending on the texture required) mixed with coarse sand and cement in the ratio of 1: 1: 1 shall be applied and finished even complete .

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls & applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper (OBD) of approved shade/tint on walls over a coat of alkali resistant primer all as specified & as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall & applying two coats of cement base paint of approved shade/tint complete all as specified.

M&L for preparing the old decorated plastered /un plastered surfaces of walls including cornices by brooming down or steel wire brushing scrapping down or steel wire brushing scrapping down smoke soot etc. and applying one coat of cement base paint of approved shade/tint on wall surface to give uniform and smooth surface etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on walls (any numbers of layers) by scrapping with steel wire brushing or any other means, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots. etc all as specified & as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint all as specified & as directed.
