Dismantling/Removing of the Existing 11KV 630A ABB Make HT VCB panel after disconnecting the existing 3Cx240Sq.mm armoured XLPE Aluminimum cable ,12Cx2.5sq.mm armoured copper Control Cable and body earthing. Shifting of removed VCB panel to store at Processing plant at CCFP division(aprroximately 150M from the HT Substation at CCFP division).

Install, connect, test and commissioning of the Exisitng 12KV 630A Siemens make HT VCB panels (After shifting from CCFP processing plant approximately 150M from HT Substation at CCFP division) on the Concrete floor with C Channel and necessary grouting bolts and welding as per the site condition requirement with all exisiting protection, measuring montoring system inbuilt in the panel, connecting the existing 3Cx240Sq.mm XLPE Aluminimum cable , 3Cx185sq.mm XLPE Aluminimum cable, 12Cx2.5sq.mm armoured copper Control Cable and body earthing at CCFP division.

Dismantling/Removing of the Existing 30V Battery Charger Panel by disonnecting the existing Copper cable, body earthing and Shifting of removed Battery Charger Panel to Processing plant at CCFP division(aprroximately 150M from the HT Substation at CCFP).

Install, connect, test and commissioning of the Exisitng 30V Battery Charger panel on the Concrete floor and C Channel with necessary grouting bolts and welding as per the site condition requirement with all exisiting protection, measuring montoring system inbuilt in the panel, connecting the existing armoured copper Control Cable and body earthing at CCFP division.

Supply of 11KV(E) Grade 3Cx185Sq.mm XLPE insulated,sheathed, armoured Aluminium cable.IS standard IS: 7098 (Part-II).

Supply and fixing of 100mmx50mmx6mm Size MS " C Channel " of Length 1.80M Each in the Fresh concrete Flooring.

Supplying and making indoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for 3Core 185sqmm XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11KV grade as required.

Supply and Laying of 50mmx6mm G.I Strip at 0.5mtr below ground level as strip earth electrode including bolts & nut etc as required.

Supply and Laying of 50mmx6mm G.I Strip at 0.5mtr below in trench/ surface as strip earth electrode including bolts & nut etc as required.

Supplying and make straight through cable jointing with heat shrinkable jointing complete with all accessories including ferrules suitable for 3Core, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11KV grade as required for 240Sq.mm Cable.

Supplying and making indoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for following size of 3Core XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11KV grade as required for 240Sq.mm Cable.

Laying of one number PVC Insulated and PVC Sheathed /XLPE power cable of 11kV grade of following size direct in ground including exacavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required for 185Sq.mm cable.

Laying of one number PVC Insulated and PVC Sheathed /XLPE power cable of 11kV grade of following size in the masonry open duct as required for 240sq.mm cable.

Earthing with G.I earth plate 600 mm x600 mm x 6mm thick including the accessories and providing mansonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7metre long etc. with charcoal/coke and salt as required as per drawing.
